I normally use my pup for aromatherapy when people are going to be coming over, but my UD is on 24/7 anyway. The only thing I would really add is that I personally would think twice about using my Dog just for aromatherapy as all those hours of aroma use are going to be subtracted from the Dogs lifespan.
After being unable to consume for the past eight months (and the next four months) due to drug tests, I can't wait to purchase an Underdog!
I'm thinking of buying one now and using it for aromatherapy until I am able to use it worry free
My questions are how strong would the smell of the lemon and orange essential oils be in a room that's about 10' x 12'? How often would I have to replace the copper cups? And I believe I already know the answer to this, but there will be no residual tastes of the essential oils when I start using the unit for herb, correct?
Thank you in advance for the replies
Thanks underdog and paytonpenn and the person who first replied to my post
My thought process to buying a UD now and not in a few months is that I really like the Two Faced Red Elm and the Rustic Streaked Hackberry Twig and they might not be there in a few months. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush though.
I could always buy one now and not use it but that's no fun
I definitely could buy them as a set, but I set aside a certain amount of money I could use for my vaping utensils.Gotcha, that makes sense. If you like them both you could always buy them as a set, every Dog should have a friend, I'll make you a deal.
There's an 'a' in there, I'm not one of those Payton's that likes to be referred to with an 'e', but..I definitely could buy them as a set, but I set aside a certain amount of money I could use for my vaping utensils.
How does the smell of the essential oils compare to incense? I know it will be much better, but I need to be able to justify the purchase to my mom
@peytonpenn, that does look intriguing. I might pick some up when I fully decide when to get my unit
whoops. my bad. There's an 'a' in there, I'm not one of those Payton's that likes to be referred to with an 'e', but..
For balancing bleus, it's nice they are inexpensive but I personally don't recommend them; I honestly wish I got Feelin Fine, but my main issue was being disgusted by how all of the plants look and it looks more sickening when ground.
Taste was okay and I do have good memories of when I did use them.
Incense burn my eyes and make them irritated as soon as I walk the in room, there have been some higher quality ones that don't cause this issue but some people only go with what they're used to.
Oils do emit light vapor but my aromacup is less than 3 feet from my face whenever I'm home and no issues. Also no consistent cleaning of ash, I'm not going to make this post about my families poor incense usage but I also find aromacups to be less of a hazard.
Smell is cleaner (pure), you can combine scents, and you'll save alot of money not buying incense.
Also aromatherapy is just great in general, there are many recipes in mixing essential oils to help you in many ways.
What's the price range difference? I'd probably be willing to pay
Havent quite come to a conclusion on that since I'm trying to find a cheaper source of the cases that I don't need to buy with batteries. At the moment these would cost around 65 - 70 dollars for a complete package with a charger and cords, but I'm hoping I can offer them for less soon.
