you saw him mentioning he only wants to vape hash?
not sure the TM is the best bet. vapman has a good reuptation for hash. ball vape will probably kill it too. i vote for a taroma lite or b0 or pinky for lower budgets.
My bad, that's what cptofnthng said, and you thumbs upped him........so I give up, lol. Sorry, I was pressed for time and didn't re-read your initial post.....so now I know..........joints and hash........I think I got it now. ;) 👍

And by the way, if I never turned to vaping, smoking joints and hash would be my number one priority!! Took me about a year to completely wane myself from smoking joints......................god I love joints, lol.

I vape often hash. Had a vapeman, it works, but not a good idea for a heavy user. Also I have a Tm2, you can smoke hash with it, I use a adapter from a Rbt Splinter Z with a sieve in it, got 2 of them and one is allday in iso, so cleaning is not that bad. My favorite would be a sublimator or maybe a herborizer ti (18,8 for hash 15.5 for flower). I wouldn't recommend a log-Vape for hash because the bowl size is to small. It depends a bit of the chamber if it works or not, if you got the right one for a Ballvape it should be awesome.

No worries haha I just wanted to clarify ;)
I've been liking every reply I think, they're more a "thanks for the help" than a "I agree with you" thumb

@nockel I smoke more weed than hash so focusing on that first but thanks for the advice.

Between the two, it depends on what you value:

TM: I have used one but don’t own one -
if you value a small unit , massive hits , easy use as a portable , with excellent taste and you value the super quick warm up time.

MiniVAP:
If you value huge battery life, ability to use as desktop or portable, excellent taste, clean running.
And you are ok with bigger size and longer warmup?
And I love the MV Flexicone modules: wire basket + rimmed screen + Flexicone cap + hemp tea filter paper inserted into cap to catch 99% of that nasty ABV dust…. Best loading system ever.

Both have excellent taste but I slightly prefer MV taste. From laminar airflow design??

Hey, hello !
I do not own a minivap or a TM/TM2, but… how about trying a Sticky brick RUNT or OG.
Massive clouds, tasty, and no cleaning at all !
Bowl size is "pretty decent" when fully packed…
Stir it gently every other draw
There is a learning curve, or you can use the Restrictor disk, wich is a perfect no-brainer for beginers on that butane vape.

Thanks everyone for your input !
Think I'm going to go with the Tinymight, I can still buy a Volcano or Minivap afterwards if needed.
Going to order it straight from them but then there's another question... what to/not to get ?

-normal basket screens
-connection adapter 14mm or do I get the 3 in 1 version ?
-cooling unit
-dosing capsules, if yes which ones
-extra long 3D cooling stem
-rimmed basket screen for the 3D stem
-glass tubes or am I better of with titanium ones
-mesh screen for the cooling unit
-O ring for the tube holder
-glass lining on top of heater
-mesh screen for the heater
-O ring package for the cooling unit
Not getting the bubbler because that thing will break in 3 seconds flat.

I tried figuring out myself what to get but the TM topic is just to much to go through certainly since half the posts now are about the purpleheart version

Old & In the Way
I vape all day long, from about 6 a.m. until I fall over at around 9 or 10 in the evening. (Hey, I'm old now or I least I can say I am - going on 72.)

My first reaction is to agree with the folks saying that vaping bud and smoking it, imo, are not really compatible activities. If the impetus is not there to set the combustion aside (fuck it!), you can't expect to experience the flavor profiles nor the effect profiles vaping offers. It can take at least a couple of weeks to make the transition, but it is true that soon the taste of smoking a joint will become actually unpleasant. I smoked cigarettes and joints for over 40 years, btw. I had stopped the cigs prior to learning about vaping bud, after a long bout with pneumonia.
The enjoyment I get from vaping flower completely outweighs any loss or longing for the joint.

I definitely want to have more than one vape around, to keep things interesting, and different vapes deliver at different levels -- some will hit stronger than others for sure, while some will be all about flavor and a delightful "open" high that only hits you harder later, etc. etc. etc.
Each individual will learn their own best way(s) to do it.

Sorry to say I haven't tried TM, though it will likely be me "next". This year alone I've come into a MiniVap and Bowle and both (convection) totally excel at delivering flavor and any size hit you could want. But still we find lots of chances to use the Mighty or a Grasshopper or a Splinter, even the V3Pro.

I guess I'm suggesting that you look at it as building a nice collection or arsenal -- over a period of time., well at least 2 or 3!
Convecton vapes in general will suit your desire for on-demand kinda hits, vapes you can come back to finish s a bowl, etc. Conduction vapes, in general, should be finished in one sitting.

Consider MiniVap. You load it, let it warm up a few minutes, then you can take a hit or two and wait a few min before the next Iif you want. Lots of tasty clouds for a pretty long stretch unlike a Mighty that you'll hit every minute or so through the 6 to 12 hits or whatever then that ride is over.
Don't go too cheap. But V3 Pro might be a good convection starter vape at reasonable price.

You've been getting some great advice here, use it.

I just noticed over in TM you've said your decision is made.
Great!
Enjoy the TM!

Great choice with TM!

I like to use mine with with j hooks or water pieces. If you are like that be sure to buy the wpa. If you already have pieces you wanna use it with you can pick that size, otherwise you could get the 14mm one and get a cheap 18 to 14 reducer for most flexibility. The 3 in 1 types I avoid because the added flexibility comes with structural weaknesses that don't quite pair with my clumsiness lol.

I use the rimless basket screens but got them from Black Leaf brand in stead for like 20x cheaper (12,7mm ones, also have some 12mm ones from Ali as inner dimension of these stems vary).
-cooling unit
-dosing capsules, if yes which ones
-extra long 3D cooling stem
-rimmed basket screen for the 3D stem
-glass tubes or am I better of with titanium ones
-mesh screen for the cooling unit
The TM comes packed with some shit already, like a cooling unit. I don't really need one in the first place because I like to use other methods of cooling that don't involve metal. I am kind of sensitive to taste though so I'm really hot on glass vapor path. I asked a glassblower from US (good vibes boro on insta and has a site now too) if they'd make me a TM stem and j hook. The stem will be TM compatible only, the j hook will connect to any male 18mm joint. You can get some of the nicest cooling through third party. Unless you like the design of the one on TM site over the things for example GVB makes.

@vapviking Thanks for the awesome advice you almost make me hesitate :p haha

@Abele Rizieri Ferrari Thanks man at least someone I can count on I think this is the first topic with Tinymight in the title where @Shit Snacks doesn't reply
We kinda seem the same cause usually I taste stuff like metal too.
So probably not going to use the CU either so no point in getting that ring as a spare.
I think I'm going to get their 3D stem since it's only 20€ so I can enjoy it day one.
Personally I prefer a glass pathway too but wasting to much money on stems that I'll end up braking...
Totally forgot I have a bunch of bong screens already thanks for reminding me !
The only ones I don't have are the rimless ones.
I believe I can almost order :brow:

TM vs MV is like TM vs TP80 eh?! the TP80 is slightly tastes better than TM, but the TM rips quickly (no glass soak), and can dry your herb greatly! never tried MV tho

I didn't have much to say here, because the TM is so different from the MV, comparing them felt self-explanatory to me lol

I don't know where you are, but the aftermarket stems are definitely worthwhile, more useful than the extra long 3D stem, more useful still is just a WPA and a good compact hook though...

Yeah well taste is totally subjective because I feel the opposite haha and as I understand at the MV is totally different from both of them, being large session convection...

@Shit Snacks Haha i was just joking around.

The difference in function were obvious except for me it was about the best flavour but apparently even that isn't the same for everyone lol
I live in Europe, is there a list or something with artisans from here ?
Not a lot of people seem to use them dosing capsules or am I wrong ?
Sorry for all the annoying questions everyone 😅

Glass artists creating pieces facilitating vaping and especially specific products, such as a TM stem, are mostly found in US.

Dosing capsules have a rather limited and specific benefit vis-a-vis disadvantages which for some people makes it unappealing.

If you know what you want I think it's worth it to pay the extra. I mean you're already paying money for a good vape and (I imagine) some tasty bud. It's just nice to have some options. Especially with a allrounder like TM. Imo to get the most out of it you'll need at least a good cooling stem and the wpa combo with j hook as well as with water piece. I ordered my j hook and stem both from Good Vibes Boro on insta and with combined shipping it all become pretty reasonable really.

That's the thing I don't know.
Been growing for over a quarter of a century so I hope it's any good by now
Going to try to do it without all that fancy glass I have to much of an active lifestyle for those :p
Maybe WPA and a small silicone bong... we'll see.
I'll probably have more of an idea once I messed around with it.

@El Magico buying any kind of nice vape “for the taste” only to use it with a silicon bong would make baby Jesus weep.

There are small and cheap j hooks on dhgate that would be much cheaper than shipping from the us and paying import fees. Ditto for water pieces. I think phyto hi tech also makes well regarded j hooks in the eu and sells them via la central vapeur in France.

Good thing I'm not religious.
But starting to doubt if a TM is for me if it only works properly with a big piece of glass hooked to it.

I wouldn’t say “only”, but it is physics. The heat has to go somewhere. If you use a small stem it’s going to be in your lungs and throat. Some people are cool with more of that than others.

TP80 tasting beter than TM... first time I hear that.
Dry your herb ? You mean fully consume it ?
I tried it with a very tasty lemon strain, TP80 slightly better, TM bring clouds faster, better life battery and weighs less as a device, a bit
both bring huge clouds
the TM feels like a desktop 100% too
