I get that, but unfortunately I didn't register the device, so I don't have a valid warranty.

I recommend that you do not try. The potentiometer is not soldered in place with pegs in holes. It has been affixed to the top of the PCB by a machine. I have two TM2 PCB boards and both are marked nearby the potentiometer with "U$11". One potentiometer has barely visible markings on it. I'd like to see Tinymight sell their circuit boards as a spare or replaceable part.
