I did call The Body Shop home office in North Carolina on Monday. I was ready to call the U.K., but it was not necessary. They were genuinely apologetic for the way I was treated on Facebook. They immediately fixed my Love Your Body account (removing the fraud alert), and shipped out my order. They also put a $25.00 credit on my LYB card for my trouble.
I have not tried to place another online order, so we will see if they really did what they said the next time I need to order something. I don't think there will be a problem because the lady at the home office told me to call her back if there are ever any problems again.
