I actually know someone that used to be a manager for them. First I'm gonna key the name Vicki in the side of his car. Then I will find out who you can call Vicki to state your case. And not some minimum wage asshole that works in their call center. Unfortunately these types of positions are paid bottom dollar. Companies think that profit is more important that paying a little extra to guarantee proper customer service. What they're not looking at is their retention rates - how many customers walk away unsatisfied to never return because they chose to save that buck? It's a sad world.
