Yes, my husband is way to pissed off at this point.
6 inches by 1 inch, and in ceramic, is to much $ for that piece of material to just sit around. Maybe if it was solid silver it might be somewhat worth it, but really, silver is so cheap, even if it was made of pure .999 silver, it would be to much $
And really..........who puts a packing slip UNDER all the paper, and packing, and product. A packing slip is for checking an order AFTER it is packed. lol.

Since you posted this right after a post from @OF, I'm assuming that you were directing it at him.
First, the tone is abrasive and not appropriate no matter who you meant. Second, OF is not a representative of TET although he has close contacts with the company.

Lmao, yes I understand. I passed on buying three collective dispensaries at a price that was hard to pass on because even though I am a head I would not be able to hire them. I like business, not so much the money but the challenge. Trying to get 10 high people to do their jobs is kinda like trying to herd cats and because I am a head I have actually tried to herd cats, doesn't work.
If flower vaping is what you do then there are plenty you can find reviews here to meet your needs. If for concentrates, well look at me, on my 4th cart in under a year. My concentrates are more valuable then gold by a shit load so a unit that has already cost me this much must have some value to me.

I think they already did.
Not sure how it is a good choice for them, I am responsible for at least 10 of their sales, I have given them plenty of money, this lack of follow up seems like bad business practice and I have stopped recommending the unit as of 4 months ago.
Not sure who or what you are saying but it appears demeaning to the last couple of pages of reality.

Just some things to note,
You sent them an email on friday, which is the end of their week. So depending on when you sent the email it could have gotten lost with a bunch of other emails they received over the weekend. Ive had issues getting a response from them when i send the email on a friday. Another email wouldnt hurt and will most likely get a response from them.
Also, i find it very unlikely they didnt pack your entire order. My bet is it went through customs got misplaced there so you cant really blame TET yet until you hear from them. Regardless im sure they will make it right. The same argument goes for the packing slip you mentioned. It could have either been put back in that way after going through customs, or if not it is possible they could have packed it from the opposite side, hence the packing slip being on the bottom.
As for your comment about their being 800 other vapes out there, yes there is quite an assortment. But if your having issues with TET then my advice would be to return it and not buy another vape. They all have issues, and customer service is nothing compared to TET. (Except w9tech and vaporfection, from my experience)
Get used to waiting for responses, broken/blemished units and components and long down times between repairs because that comes with the territory of owning a vape.

Yeah but those are flat tops. My spring on my switch is apparently too small now to use flat tops without having dimes on me to use as spacers or constantly having to stretch out the spring. And after going back and forth for the past week or so with zeki, i took the switch apart and sent him a picture and he said it looks fine and theres nothing they can do or i can do (except keep stretching it out or using dimes i guess) really starting to lose faith in TV and the cera

I have those orbitronics. They are pretty good (i like the AW 2000 mah best). I also bought the 3400 orbitronics, but they are super long and I never even tried them in my Cera because I didn't want to stretch the spring.
