The largest wood frame building in the state. Simply amazing, reasonable prices for brunches too..... Then check out Tilden park, it's just behind the city in the hills around it:

When I worked there I used to eat lunch in the park a couple times a week. Often heating a can of soup on my little gas stove on a picnic table in one of the glens. Hard to take a bad attitude back to work that way.
Trust me, there are worse places to live and work.
