Still working. I will get to answering the questions up sense last visit. 7 days a week. We will do whatever it takes to get these Cera's together on time. We have some stuff cooking as well. You know how it goes... once you guys start making suggestions it gets the wheels spinning on how we could actually make some of these suggestions/ideas into American made products. Good times. This is what we live to do.
Nate and I have been at it all day... got Anthony and Will coming in tonight to work on videos, no rest for the wicked. Anthony is an animal, only employee who can keep up with 140 hour work weeks. Hard work never killed anyone.
Kids these days. We keep wearing them out. I do not personally understand what the big deal is with working 20 hours a day, apparently all my twenty-something employees get sleepy... hell, I am in my mid-thirties. You cannot vape while sleeping, totally wasted time IMO.
If anyone on this forum, or has a friend, a family member who needs a job, loves America, loves manufacturing, loves vaporization, hates sleep, and wants to see a world where no-one smokes... we are looking for a few good people. Unless the world really likes the Cera, then we need a few hundred-thousand good people. Very labor intensive to build Ceras, creates a lot of jobs.
We want a world where people never smoke again, want to help?
Send us a resume, or really just describe your level of passion, and motivation for what you do in life, and how you would resonate that into working for thermo-essence. Then I just want to know your existing skill set and if you like to learn, prefer office/computer/phone work or hands on building of exceptional vaporizers. Paper, video, email, something I can review, I don;t do phone interviews usually (too busy). Unless you are up between 2-4am, as that is my quite time to catch up on emails, and international phone calls before bedtime. I can take calls then and have more time to talk without being interrupted.

Long hours, a fierce commitment to creating American jobs, supporting American companies, and building vaporizers that help people never smoke again, that is life at TET. Plus you'll get to enjoy all the latest vaporizer tech we work on before it hits the market. It is a tough, tough, business to do what we do. You have to really want it, really feel it, really want to be a part of it, or it is simply so much work it will not be fun. However if you have passion,
drive, and still believe that producing meaningful products in America, that help peoples lives, is the most powerful force for innovation and change in the World, we have openings. We our an employee
driven company.
Every Cera made creates jobs. Here is the proof, apperently the Cera is more popular then we imagined this early (remeber we don't advertise... yet) and as a result, we are hiring.
Ok, well it is Monday morning on the other side of the pond and I have several international distributors pissed off about the SS model fixed pricing... such is life. Meeting with Tenergy CEO today, meeting with a rubber company in Oakland to make the Thermal Condoms happen as well, and happen NOW.
Anthony bought (with his own money) a new/used computer off of craigslist that is 2X as fast with a 1gb video card, so editing time should get quicker. If comcast comes through today with our second faster connection for upload, we will be getting these videos up faster.
Including the Cera VG video. The Cera VG should be thought of much like the Rev -> Cera EO transition such is the AVA to Cera VG. they are identical in their evolutions (however different from each other).
We will not make an VG device that is not fully satisfying, this is our bread and butter. I do apologize for the delay in getting the vids up. the VG cart is great, we will have the evidence up to that effect soon.
Here is how confident we are ont he heating cores. We outright warranty them for a year, and fix them for $10 plus shipping after that. This is a lifetime atomizer.
We will also shoot a demo of the side safety. We have added some functionality that we think people will like. Mechanical functionality.
Allright, that all for now, have to run.
Cheers,
Noah
