Ok I was totally off base with how to remove the Bulb. Its Difficylt but Easy in a sense but heres how the man himself described, and I quote:
"It is not too easy to change the bulb, but the good thing is that it should be a very rare thing to ever need to change it. I admit even for me it is not the easiest thing to do. It requires removal of the Small stainless steel screen/mesh from the top of the heater..just push it down as there is a Small Groove in which it usually stays
the bulb will be visible. now how to remove it, you should have a tool for this, I have taken some quite strong solid steel wire, that can be bent just a little bit at the other end so that it Still fits between the stainless sleeve and the bulb, and then this bent part can be placed between the legs of the bulb and just lift up to remove the old bulb.
this is usually pretty easy. the tricky part is to get the new bulb in Place. As the halogen lamp holder has contacts and you should get the new bulb dropped in correct position and orientation at these contacts and then push it down..but visibility is very Limited and difficult position as the apollo Wood has just this Small slot on the side and then far away on the top the opening. I have used a piece of tubing that I can get a little bit on the bulb, and use it as a handle to move the bulb around..and when finally in the correct orientation, to push it down when it seems to go in. And then to remove the tubing so carefully it won’t lift up the bulb out of the socket. so there are many challenges, I would not do this for fun But interestingly, never has anyone sent their unit for us to change the bulb, so either bulbs last or they change them at home." - Ville
I'll take a Picture of the tool (it's actually a thing that came with a Dab tool set lol) to show you guys but as he said it's a rare thing =).
I cannot go into specific detail because of who it involves but this is the truth about a *6 Week turn around for Parts* and it is NOT true.
"Hi, the 6 week thing came from one customer whose order had been forgotten by mistake, and he was delivered with extras for free as a compensation. But it is true that now it seems to take longer for the packages to get delivered trough the customs in the USA" - Ville
