There was an update recently that the parcel got stuck at customs because they required a safety emissions report for the vapes, which was completed today. All orders placed up until last Wednesday should be on their way this week if they release the parcels soon.

Everything going as planned? If the report was completed earlier this week, can we hope for these orders to be shipped out today maybe?

There are about 10 orders left which are missing reloads for some reason, I’ve shipped them yesterday and it should arrive to them on Monday. I expect those orders will be sent the same day or Tuesday. Sorry for the delay

Not excruciating, but still pretty painful. Here’s the details.
9/6- shipped
9/10- cleared customs NY
9/12- Maryland
9/13- Cali
9/20- delivered (HI). Pretty sure it came by canoe.

Definitely glad I got my package today though. Gives me the weekend to work on my upgrade kit. Aloha Friday everyone.

@Brenyo received the tempest and the reload yesterday, deep cleaned it, and tried today after work. Im loving it, how does it get so much flavour, thanks for making this possible, im leaving combustion after this one. Well done!

Damn, it's looking like USPS might've lost my package. It was out for delivery last Friday and I got an alert saying "waiting for delivery" at the end of the day, no updates since then.

Don't know if it's the same for you, but I got no updates from USPS for a few days then it showed up.

Well that's comforting, definitely a little worried that it was out for delivery all day before I got the alert. Hopefully it just shows up like it did for you

No, no updates from DPD. Only the sender (madheaters.eu) can file a claim stating that I haven't received anything, and that will take some time. And they will only be able to provide compensation, as the package is likely lost by now.
So now I don't have a Tempest, and I just have to hope I get my money back, because how can I prove that I didn't receive it..
I feel awful, I had waited so long for it and was really looking forward to it.

Did you end up getting a refund or a discount for another Tempest? Post office lost my package and I'm not really sure what to do. Definitely a bummer waiting months and spending hundreds of dollars just to be left empty handed

It’s coming in June, not ready yet to be shown unfortunately.


I hope the tariffs are paused or resolved by the end of May so I can begin shipping. If not, we’ll either delay further or I’ll start issuing refunds.

I'm really sorry you have to deal with the BS coming from our side of the pond.

speaking for myself (US customer), I'd be happy to wait and even pay a little extra for shipping to the US. I wouldn't want the Ti version to slip through my fingers.

I can't imagine that the US tariffs would effect Brenyo's ability to ship to locations on your side of the pond. It might even increase the fluidity of movement over there with more ships available that might have been heading here. The insanity is all on this side of the pond. Well, not exclusively, but the tariff insanity is pretty much just American (Trump) stupidity. The good news for everyone else in this thread is that MadHeaters is a British company and not an American one.

The tariff wouldn’t be that much seeing as how it’s 10% at the moment. Also when is de minimis due to expire?
