finally received my t2 today. With free zirconia balls to go with the zirc balls it comes with Does anyone know how to remove the screen on the t2? Came with a bunch of screens and I cant even get the one thats installed out to try and clean it lol

The ball retaining screen? I put off change the balls for a while. Was pretty easy, I did it first try. I just did a quick sharp twist anti clockwise. When you put the screen back in, make sure it clicks when you twist it so you know it's in the right place

Okay thanks, I was afraid I was doing it incorrectly but gave it a good twist and it came out fine. Also, whats the steel C shape thing? Is there any point to that adapter? I can’t seem to see why you would use it over the glass

I just got another heat shield, got the factory second black wood, I love it. My plan was to hand sand the factory second so it could fit into my stash. Decided to sand the green wood one instead as I prefer the black one. It's not perfect but it turned out much better then I had expected and more importantly it fits in my stash now

Actually no, I did break the screen. I guess thats why they needed to send so many spare screens

Could you show a picture of it? Can it not be bent back into shape? It was probably the balls getting in the way, I probably should've said to make sure you tap the head to get the balls slightly out of the way to give you a smidge more space

Oh and the c shape thing is to set the bowl screen size. There's a couple of pictures and stuff further back in the post explaining it. Essentially the groves on the stem near the threading corresponds to the screen size. You place the c shape tool in the grove yoh want then put the bowl over the tube until you hit the c shape tool. I'm terrible at explaining

Everyone talking about the 3D wand adapter but I find it a bit awkard and bulky. Tried with the black vapcap adapter that came with my wand and works great, even if you have to slightly adjust everytime but is way leaner and equaly useable.

Haha nah you’re alright bro, I’m a 6’4 Sāmoan/Māori with fat fingers and overly excited to use it and mangled the screen and sent the balls flying around the kitchen haha. I tried to flatn it back down and bent a piece even worse, so I just swapped it out, lucky I got spares.
I scrolled back and saw a bunch of info, I got the bowl set right now too thanks for that and I get what the adapter is for now.

if you got the same extra zirc balls as me. then the extra ones should be 2,5mm. your head has 3mm pre-installed.

Yes, I noticed that when I took them out to swap them with the Zic carbide balls from my T1, threw them in the same bag as the “extras” only to see that they’re different sizes
