My guess will be that the Titanium doesn't get as hot as the SS Apollo, or doesn't have the heat retention the SS Apollo has. Just a guess.It will vaporize but not to the extent that the apollo can do. That was what we were told originally by Enrico. Don't know if anyone has even tried or show results here or maybe I missed it somewhere.
Lately though, I am really learning the benefit of a clean Sub, I think all the oils and herb residue build up makes it much easier to combust the longer you don't clean (proper disassemble/scrub every 3-4 weeks seems a good schedule), I believe this is true for ALL types of subs.
I gotta clean mine.....so dirty and stinky........it's just so easy to let it get that way....the way the grease fallssssss outttttttttttttttt....zzzzzzzzzzz.......I gotta say that I find a clean Sub atomizer does make a difference as well. Just cleaned my atomizer thoroughly and I notice denser hits and better effect.

You'll get weak conduction vapor from the atomizer but that's about it. The air holes in the top go straight down so the air is only heated by the hot titanium while it passes through, not enough to heat it properly for vaporization.Can the e-nail be used as a heat source to vaporize flowers in the atomizer?
Is the Titanium e-nail hot enough to do that?

Just tap it, no electronics in the UFO. The only ting that is somewhat weak is the middle rod on the heater.What do you mean by strong but dry?
What I do is lightly pull with pliers as you torch the atomizer, right where they connect. Keep lightly pulling till it releases. I've never had to bang mine apart.I have tried to separate them while heated, but still no movement.
@Liberty
Ya, i clean them both. I don't clean it regularly tho, so I still scrape it out of the bottom of the stem once it builds up. I just meant once it's really bad because i haven't cleaned it in a while...it's nice to use a nice clean atomizer/stem.
edit : i do have a reclaimer piece as well but I don't use the Sub enough lately for it to be dripping out.
Are you heating it for 2min? Like your about to hit it? It may have gotten so cold now that you have to do an initial heat up again ( really fuckin hot) and then keep torching as you pull.It doesn't come off by more than lightly pulling it with pliers either, while heated.
Ya the UFO tends to get stuck, what I do to stop that is always pull the heater while still torching, never had it lock up when using this technique.Unbelievable, just held the atomizer with a plier and the ufo facing down while heating the top of the atomizer with round movements and the ufo fell right off!
Thanks for all the help
