Anybody know if the tubo wooden stems that are compatible with S&B dosing capsules work with the splinter? Might encourage me to try some concentrates
Whatsup man, been a while since I've seen your posts, always happy to see.@AJS man, you make me want that FJ firmware just to play around with...but my cuboid will not accept the software from my mac and I cant figure out a work around/solution...
But I fucks with the splinter in wattage mode. My cuboid is old and beat up, and I have to take it to about 45w to get great performance, but also feel like I COULD go higher and be fine
I tried it on the Pico and realized it required much less power, so I figure a new mod is in the cards...but I hate the way the splinter looks when paired with a nano mod, so I have to keep an eye out for the perfect one.

This might be your last chance to support RBT and get one of his wonderful products:
10% OFF using the code: RBTCHINA
I still hope RBT stays in business. But without a doubt, he won't make it, if we don't spread the word.
Will support him til the end- whenever that will be.
Peace
The most unfortunate thing is that the lack of financial viability has nothing to do with the quality of the product line .
I think we should all keep our opinions about why RBT is in a bind to ourselves. No reason to kick a guy while he is down.
Best of luck, Ryan
You want to help me come up with an RBT week of videos (or anyone else for that matter) I have the splinter review set up for this week or early next?He is not gone yet. A surge in business could still save him. It is possible.
Is it official or a knock off?If you are referring to a Cuboid 200 you can find new ones online. I found one for $18.99.
Good to see you too man! That medical program sounds dope. Hope it goes well.Whatsup man, been a while since I've seen your posts, always happy to see.
If you like the looks of the mod I use it's pretty cheap I think, around $40 maybe? Or get like a little evic to run FJ. It's fun man, I love having cruise mode. The interface is real neat, I think FJ firmware is just great to have. It makes super long water rips very very consistent, whereas long Wattage rips feels like it's sorta constantly rising in temp like the Milaana. Great for dry hits tho that are naturally just shorter than water.
In the end, if I only had Wattage mode, I'd still feel extremely satisfied. I just like more to play with. Personally, it would take a lot for me to drop an extra $40 on a mod if I already had one, just for FJ. Luckily mine was a Christmas present. I see that dilemma in others. It's a tough choice, we recognize it's not necessary but a luxury and it's hard to justify. If this is your main vape and you chase optimal performance for long hits through water, it may be a good investment. If you aren't too picky and just want to try it and prefer dry, not sure it's too important. If you hate the 10-15 auto shutoff like I did, this is a great solution that feels extremely convenient in comparison. Having to double click at the 14 second mark to reset that timer removed the seamless usage of the vape. I don't want an extra thing to think about or teach friends, I want to press a button or double click and inhale and get vapor. That's one reason the Square can't be my daily driver, it's not consistent enough at its basic task.
If anyone wants, I can use Wattage through water / dry for a week straight and see if I miss cruise mode, or if I miss anything in particular about the usage style or function of it. I find myself going back and forth on it depending on what I'm seeking. I guess that's what I would miss the most, just the option to change.
P.S. I have an appointment with a medical mj doctor for the first time on Wednesday. My state offers herb pods that fit in their medical vaporizers. I'm really hoping this goes well, I don't want to feel like a criminal anymore. Also, if I get accepted, and their medical dosing vape isn't up to par, I'll get that shit straightened out and help them build a vape that really hits
The codes do NOT work.
Um...Not sure if I've heated over 30 secs. I've never counted and I hit as long as I can and I never think twice about it. Chances are I've gone over 30 sec. Personally I'm not concerned, but I also don't actually know how much this thing can take. So far so good!Question...on the splinter it says not to heat it for over 30 continual seconds...have you done so, and if so, are you worried about potential damage to your unit?
I know you have been doing it for a while and probably have it sorted out, were you running FJ's Software on your realux?
Yeah I run FJ on my rx2/3, been running it since Christmas, no issues.I know you have been doing it for a while and probably have it sorted out, were you running FJ's Software on your realux?
Do you warmup? My SO uses it at 41, seems to be when the vapor starts producing on our mod.I'm getting very wispy vapor even at this temp. Does this look right?
Sorry for the sideway pic, not sure why tinypic does that.
so no idea what this 19/19 - 19/22 confusion is.
