Also, on the ISO for the tips, Mark had his tip"fog up" after cleaning it with iso. I'm still waiting on conformation if is was the iso's fault.

Also, I would NOT recommend bubble hash. The reference so wine made to an oven is accurate. Maybe if sandwiched you will get lucky, but if that stuff drips into the screen your unit is toast after a few uses

Edit: I'm annoyed that everyone's WT is on back order, I'm going to work on that to tomorrow. As for the EBay with the pic of the pro, I'd assume they took it from the pictures I posted on here.

I tried to tell them about the hash in the pinnacle.... lol. try at your own risk, but please don't complain when your unit is fried. it will drip and risk your 250 dollar device lol. trvb, I am hearing some rattling moving around in my pinnacle. should I be worried?

it's when I move it to "say" pass it to a friend or tip upside down to put into another water bong or even raise to level out with my mouth using the mouthpiece method. I hear something shaking around. something really small, almost sounds like a baby screw. I know the battery will move just a hint so I know what that feels like. this is something super small like a screw or.. hmm idk. wondering if it was safe

One quick question for you. Would you be able to ask engineering on the external battery charger questions? I explained in detail in my last post but basically a lot of us would like to know if the unit can handle a recharge from a 5V 3A output external battery pack? (with the correct connector of course)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, can someone please, please, please tell me how to clean the regular mouthpiece and the mouthpiece tip. I know the mouthpiece can be boiled and the tip cannot, but can either or both be cleaned with ISO? Pretty please, with some White Russian on top?

yeah, I should have it in the beginning of next week, my only concern is if the plug it comes with doesn't fit the pinnacle then I have to try to find a wire that 1 side fits in the pinnacle and the other side usb.

DO NOT use ISO on any of the clear plastic. I tested on the mouthpiece I don't use and it turned hazy on some parts.

All clear parts should not be affected by ISO or boiling (Tips can be used in ISO) Also, Clear tips are OK to Boil, I will have to double check on the Black tips, and obviously, Flavor tips are not OK to boil.

Edit: Also, a 5V 3A battery backup will be fine to use.

no, it's something in my unit small and jiggly in the unit. maybe the heat made it fall off or soemthing. I'm sure if somehow I could open it i'd be able to shake the issue right out. other than the the pinnacle has been great for me. I am going to boil my tips when I get home. Has anyone or "Engineering" find a car charger for this unit ?

Only the finest (lol), 99.9%.

edit: when you test again, test with the screen in the unit. Some ISO collected between the screen and the plastic and that is where mine turned hazy.

I have been through about three sessions so far. I am not going to really say for sure what I think until I get the PONG adapter. I am about to try it as my first form of medicating for the day to see how I like it. My last session was about 20 mintues... the ABV comes out a couple shades lighter then when I run in my Cloud or SSV.

The left is a pinch from my old ABV collection which is composted of mostly Cloud ABV. The right is the last 20 mintue session on high with the Pinnacle.

As you can see the extraction is not as complete as I am used to.

I've noticed when I've cleaned my acrylic grinder in ISO, even if I rinse well, it leaves behind a white residue. Possibly the mouthpieces are acrylic?

yea, mine is a little lighter color like yours on the right. and previous vapes, * in my sig* produced what you showed on the left, darker brown. I was wondering what you guys thought coming from some of those other nicer vapes like the Cloud, Solo, INH, ones I haven't tried. is that regular for the nice vaporizer like the pinnacle to be that light brown.? sometimes I take it out and i'm like oh man, I want to throw that back in lol (never do) but should my 15 minute sessions be longer? it's making me think.. sorry if that's newbish question, I've only been vaping consistantly for 2-3 years, but combusting for 16 yrs

This thing looks cool - anyone ever use the solo with a HT? I would love a comparison - dare I ask how how it compares to the cloud? SM - I see you immediately noticed it isn't extracting as well as the VXC - how's the flavor?

The flavor is okay... I go right to high so I get the popcorn taste quickly. I would say it is on par with the DaVinci in terms of flavor. There is some taste there that I don't recognize as cannabis, but it is not overly noxious.

I would not compare it to the cloud, or most other desktop vaporizers. Different ballgame there.

Wow 20 minutes, that's a long session. Did you use the high setting the entire session?

With my Solo I can get much darker ABV with only a 10 minute session.....

Do you have an opinion on the medication effects and efficiency of the Pinnacle, or do you need to play with it a bit more?

Thanks SM - I use my swagger HT with the solo all the time and fucking love it - I mean right now I've pretty much narrowed my collection down to the solo and the cloud. Now with that being said I still suffer from VAS so there's always potential for a relapse as we know and the pinnacle looks tempting.

Just trying to justify if it's a piece that would fit my collection - or, wait for the ascent. Is the pinnacle kind of sudo cloudish or going to be a similar session to the solo and HT?

People please when you describe the top of the PN make sure you say tip or mouth piece. I am getting so confused. I didn't even know anyone used the tip besides cronhie.

I know one of the members said that taking the screen in and out is hard so if we do boil it will it get clean totally? Will this have any effect on the screen?

I used iso on my mouthpiece and have no clouding but I did only use a q-tip. I did not soak cause I plan on boiling for cleaning in general.

I want to know if we can boil the bullet as well TRVB?

Smell update story. Last night I had to pick up my son. The PN was being charged so I grabbed the solo. My son didn't comment last night about the smell. This morning I had to take him to the doc and I now grabbed the PN. He made his smart ass comment about me buying "another one" lol but he then when on to say he can't smell it and whatever I used last night stunk. I forgot it was the solo for a moment and of course was confused. Now the solo as far as I was concerned was the least smelliest. I will say my stem was fairly oily so that didn't help. The PN's mouth piece as stated above was q-tip iso'd 7 bullets ago. NO MENZ, I wouldn't normally know that either but it was the end of my testing. The PN puts out small vapor so it smells less. I suppose there are other factors involved as well but for me I don't care having less smell is the best news I could have gotten considering I find the solo to hardly smell either or at least it dissipates fast.

I always use the regular mouthpiece (NOT the Pong) with the tip. Without the tip, the mouthpiece can get very warm. Such are the perils of the poor soul who didn't get the water tool with his PN.

The Pinnacle has a lot of great things about it, but the efficiency of this thing is pretty amazing. By efficiency, I mean amount of herb used to achieve a similar effect. So far, the PN seems at least as efficient as my UD...a log vape.

Analogy: The Pinnacle is to the word miser as The Pax is to the word _________. Fill in the missing word!

I think you will get bigger clouds and a stronger effect using the Solo and a HydraTube then you would using the Pinnacle and a HydroTube. I am really trying to withhold my opinion till I get my PONG adapter... but currently it gets me no where close to where I need to be in terms of medicated. That might change with the PONG and different grinds/techniques.
