I don't think it's condensation. Back when I used a herb iron (same ceramic heating element but bigger) to dab oil, if I dabbed too much, it would flow down the ceramic element because it liquifies from the heat before it gets a chance to vaporize. So I think it's basically oil sliding down on the element to the bottom

I think it's still vaping though. It's not coming out of the cart just the tank. The heat is still vaping it slowly. iMo
I hate to use the word leak. The old carts leaked, this one get internal buildup. Not external.

I have not read all these posts but right away with the 7.4
Hurc cart and so far it's hard not burning the flower for me and I filled the
Oil cart and took one hit and it leaks :/ not sure why but its leaking into the
Bottom of the hurc cart near the heating element!
Any tips would be great but other than that it works really good ...

For flowers I tap the button, never holding it. Seems common for the capsule to leak a little but, not confirmed yet. I believe it's still vaping in there after it "leaks"

The round bottom ceramic base of the mini rod vapes off oil slowly, but I have noticed a few strong pulls will force some or most of the oil to pull up towards the hot mini rod and vape .
I suggest you hold to something tightly, my wife blew out hit bigger than dab on the nail dome , it was incredible!!!!!¡¡¡

Guys the capsule is designed to transfer oil down onto the Ceramic heater. This is not a leak, please do not call it that as its going to get people confused. This happens when the tanks are over filled. That is why we said .2-.3 is best. Also your not cooling it down as the heater inside is designed to vaporize everything concentrated it needs a warm up time and a cool down time.
Oil build up on the outside of the tank.
This is caused by oil sliding down the tank and back up because of the air flow. This will still vaporize as soon as it gets hot enough. We made the Hercules to contain all the oil inside the unit. Testing after Testing and running 5 grams thought it it still works great. Now after the 2 or 3 gram i would say you would need to clean it but it is a purpose built design that will vaporize anything that you can fill the tanks with ( this statement is in regards to oils and oil based materials, not rocks or diamonds ).
The bottom insulator is being re worked and we will replace all bad ones that come out.
As for the outside insulator being bubbled up, thats over boiling and literally not an issue as it can be scrapped off and re applied with anything you want.
For the top ring thats coming off, please do not worry as we are working on a better outside shell and will replace all that is bad.

if these are already known things to expect from the Herc, maybe some kind of, "what to expect" run down would help eliminate so many people from having accidents, or thinking they are having accidents with the new gear. If you are aware that the oil collects inside where the heat core is and it is supposed to be doing that, then that should be part of the "how to" on what this device does so people are not getting blindsided esp. since thses are so different from the other cart design. When you guys are experimenting, you must be noticing these things in beta. We keep getting new stuff handed to us with very little instructions until a bunch of people come in and say WTF?? Just my

I understand your concern Jam, but until we get feedback on what people are running into we cant make instructions that is comprehensive. When it is in testing we never had this type of problems because it was in a controlled setting.

That makes sense too, fair enough! Well I plan to test more of the solid concentrates when I get my Herc, to see how they behave for those who may not have good access to quality oils, but can get kif, hash, etc.. I also don't have an outside source for oils right now, so what I makes I vapes...
guys please remember we stand behind our products and will correct all issues, but we cant correct them until we have a full feedback on what people are having issues with. We just dont have the tester base that we can tap or the resources. This is a brand new product and will take some feedback to fix. The design of the hercules is like any other design we put out, it is modular for a reason. So we can upgrade and make it better.
I have diverted all engineers on these issue's and will have it fixed asap.
The only issues we have right now is the bottom insulator, and the peeling. The tanks work as they are designed, but we will further work on that to make them specific as possible for different textures of concentrates.

what if i tell you we have something that can make your jaw drop? What if that something was capable of claiming to be the worlds most advanced? What if that something was capable of being 5 generations ahead of anything out there currently or anything that will come out within the next year?

Tip for using waxes in Hercules, I have found that when using wax or other solids the warm up time until full vapor is about 30 sec., then the wax is oil, very hot oil, vapor clouds from hell!! But then you have to keep chasing (Hitting ) it to cool it down and not waste your meds! Me I'm out of breath and enjoying my first hit and my oil is cooking away, This can lead to choking and sore thoat.
So I put my wax into tank then heated it with Bic lighter until it just started to melt, then put it in Hercules. Warm up time to full vapor was HALF!! and was able to control the temp of oil much better, the core was not so hot that it cooks evrything which enabled me to enjoy my meds much more, I think this may also save on meds! Just heat it enough to melt it, this helps it get down into the tank and spread across the stone or whatever it is at the bottom of the tank and makes for much easier and even vaping!
