So buddy comes over we load up some new CO2 and bam the top of the Persie starts smoking and smells like electrical. Now the button does not glow blue and the rod will not heat up.
How can I file a ticket on the W9 tech site? I have my account from when I ordered my Persei kit just don't see the link to file tickets.
Super bummed right now. Using my g-pen as a sad sad backup.

The Okeanos kiss cartridge I said was a little different and has a air hole on the center positive pin on the bottom.
When you order the titanium kiss cartridge you'll have an option to purchase it for the Okeanos.
Visit www.w9tech.com and on the home page top right you will see a green box that says submit a ticket. Use that to submit a ticket and our cs team will help you get back on your feet.
Thanks for clearing that up...is there any new model for the Okeanos coming out? I saw a page back yo were talking about a Okeanos with new Orings...

True. I didnt realize that when you order a KISS for an Okeanos you need to order from W9 and specify its for a Okeanos. A normal titanium KISS wont work with the Okeanos, at least thats my understanding from what THC said.
Im ordering an Okeanos but after seeing @THC SCIENTIFIC's post on the previous page, I am unclear if a new Okeanos is in the works or not...something about new O rings.

Nope and there was no dumping into the lower chamber of the Herc. As far as I can tell the Herc was completely unrelated to the incident. I had just loaded the Herc, screwed it on, hit the button and then smoke comes from the top and it smelled like burnt electrical. Pretty sure it was just a Persei top malfunction.
Unfortunately I've now got a freshly loaded Herc with some of that CO2 Organics Trainwreck and no Persei to vape it! Filed a ticket with W9 so hopefully they can get me back up and running ASAP.

It probably was related to the Herc, but in a different way. The only time I've seen tops go is when either an improperly assembled Hercules cart is used or an older KISS cart was cranked down too tightly.

@THC SCIENTIFIC is there anyway you confirm the "Direct Dab Atomizer" that @VaporNation is selling is the Titanium KISS? I am confused to why they call it the "Direct Dab Atomizer" and provide minimal description...

We have decided that its best to consolidate our designs and use the same electronics on across the board with many different devices we have planned for the future.
What this means we are making the Iris v2 and finalizing everything so that the same circuit boards can be paired up with future devices we have and can be used through out our line up in the coming future.
In other words yes its almost done we are just making sure we plan ahead and have a device that is not obsolete in 1 year.
That is good news
I am anticipating the new Triton attachment, but its hard to imagine anything better than the hercules. I guess thats why you're in charge of the imagination station!

Depends. If you want to use the old omicron style cartridges (the long silver tubes) then you want the nibbler...these cartridges can hold up to a gram but are better for more liquidy oils...
You might be able to use the nibbler with a kiss but I don't have one thus never tried. So I could be making that up
Otherwise okeanos is the way to go
