I'm a newer member here, but trolled for 6-8 months before finally joining. I slowly over time read all pages from the beginning and must say that I Love the forum and this thread especially! I've only posted a few times, But today I felt Compelled to let everyone here know about my experience with UP TECH/ W9. I think that the customer service is Great, when I've had a problem, they've quickly corrected, ex. when i got my bender and there was no orings and no mcfinns cotton, they quickly sent out replacements. That's just one example. When I place an order it has usually shipped out quickly and arrived safely. I recently purchased a 2nd Persei from Vapor Wharehouse, and when the top Blew after my first session, I filed a ticket on W9, over next few days we communicated,they sent me a link with all the return info, followed the easy return instructions, sent the bad head out last saturday 1st class sig req. only cost me like $5 and Bam just like that yesterday my new Replacement top arrived at my door in less than a week. Way to Go W9!!
I know that some of you here have not had the Great Experience that I've had, Just felt like I had to share my experiences with W9 with you all.
