Norski
This is bad, but kinda fits "The Northern Light"
Oh wow, would that ever be a treat! Yeah I thought that would look so cool on start up!
So you're saying I should write down post #1498(April 3, 2012 - 3:23am)/#1499(April 3, 2012 - 3:27am) for future reference?
Naa too cliche. But it did get me to re read it twice.
Yes and page number so i can find it.
I dont know why but i hated NL strain. Just my 02
How about Μεταβλη shortened version of the greek word variable...Ok so here is a little naming contest.

have you guys experienced better results using higher resistance carts? i mean doesn't it all come down to the ratio between voltage and resistance? so have you guys noticed an advantage of running at higher volts and higher resistance? seems like it might just waste more battery life... but as long as i keep the same current pumping out should be the same size rips im thinking

Just tried a 1.5 ohm cart of Afgooey Wax on a measured 7.34v
Don't worry about my body lying passed out on the floor, I've gone to a higher plane...
Also broke the cart
niiice, yea highest i've gone is 2.4 on a fully charged 6v of some thick wax and that is as close to a nail hit as i think this baby will hit without blowing. hope ya got carpetJust tried a 1.5 ohm cart of Afgooey Wax on a measured 7.34v

You're right that it all comes down to the ratio between the voltage and the resistance, but the voltage also matter a bit more watch:
Voltage divided by resistance gives you amperage, but heat produced by a cart depends directly on power so we have to multiply the amps by the voltage again to get watts. So even though the 5 ohm cart draws a full amp less current, it actually produces more power and should be a hotter cart than the 1.5 ohm cart. You can directly compare carts by looking at their power (in Watts):
3.7v:
1.5 ohm, 2.5 amps --- 9.25 watts
2.4 ohm, 1.5 amps --- 5.75 watts
3 ohm 1.25 amps ----- 4.5 watts
6v:
1.5 ohm, 4 amps ---- 24 watts
2.4 ohm, 2.5 amps -- 15 watts
3 ohm, 2 amps ------ 12 watts
4 ohm, 1.5 amps ---- 9 watts
5 ohm, 1.2 amps ---- 7.2 watts
7.4v:
1.5 ohm, 4.9 amp --- 36.3 watts
2.4 ohm, 3 amps ---- 22.2 watts
3 ohm, 2.5 amps ---- 18.5 watts
4 ohm, 1.85 amps --- 13.7 watts
5 ohm, 1.5 amps ---- 11.1 watts
EDIT: Added formatting and found out that 1.5 ohm at 7.4v is theoretically possible (switch has 5 amp limit) if battery measures 7.4v or less

cool, that makes sense now. so ill definitely save battery life by running at a higher voltage cuz theyll need less current. so the current (amperes) controls the amount of battery life. the power (watts) controls the amount of heat and therefore vapor.... i get it i get it!
i have had problems contacting them, but when i do they take care of stuff 100%Everyone here raves how good THC customer service is and I have made a post here an left a ticket and after couple days not even one response =(
