You can submit a ticket as well. It does not matter.


As for w9tech.com all accounts had been transferred over, there was a small batch that had issues and could not be transferred so this batch needs to create a new account.

If anyone has an issue with their accounts pm me your log in information and ill look into it.

Ok guys new sr71 purchases get the oil coils.

Replacement sr71's get the oil coils at discount along with 3.7v heater rod.

As for past orders we still have that database for checking and no order history is lost. We just had to clean it up and start over.

Anyone who purchases a new SR71 kit will get the new oil coils with it not the old v1 tanks.

Anyone who sent in the Hercules v1 7.4v for trade in will get a chance to buy the oil coil and the 3.7v ceramic heater at a discount.

the old site will be up to do warranty claims for 1 year. After that it will be switched off. We have started to ship them out, so today tomorrow we are getting them ready to take flight.


Also our staff wants to really ship you out the instructions first, have you sign and initial it, then have it shipped back to us and then we ship out the Hercules.

In reality we are also anticipating people blowing up their tops. Its just given. So please RTFM

Sometimes you just can't make a Yugo go faster, no matter how much you make it look like a Ferrari.

I wish I would've known these would be shipped with signature confirmation. I won't be home during the day and the shipping address doesn't match my what's on my ID, so they won't let me pick it up at the post office. This wait is killing me!

I thought that would work as well, but I spoke to three different people at USPS who all insisted I can only pick it up with a government issued ID with matching address. I offered to bring a utility bill, ID with matching name, and receipt with shipping info, and they said none of that will work. Hopefully I can make arrangements to be home, but it's not looking good.

G, I am sorry for your family's loss.

Thank you. I would suggest you get the rod as it will give you flowers on the go also. Small investment and youll save 8 bucks on it. Just saying your gonna want it later, and also your gonna want the 3.7v oil rods once we work out the kinks.

Sorry just because they work for the government doesnt make them seem any more intelligent then they would be if they are in a civilian job.

The local post office always takes my utility bill as a person who lives at that location.

Ask them this question " what if the package was sent to your work and you where not there?" You cant possibly have your work addy on your ID.

The government never ceases to amaze me on how smart they are.
