How about trying this mod for those of you that don't get the big cloud production. Instead of
stainless screens, how about a small ball of liquid pad (easy valve/liquid pad) from storz and
bickel. I forget which vape this accessory goes with, but you get the picture. More surface area,
less restrictive, easy to replace. I have not tried this yet, but the same liquid pad inside the HA
crucible is a great way to enjoy extracts through the HA. Not meant to derail, just a suggestion.
Preheat your extract into the tank, then strap it onto the Persei and let the batteries do the rest.
This mod would take into account the removal of the original tank "stone"

That is for the Volcano and it is pretty much "000" steel wool pressed flat. You are heading into crack pipe territory now...

Yes, it's for the Volcano (actually they, there are two versions).
No, it's not steel wool. It's not even (carbon) steel, but rather a single stainless steel wire woven into a tube. I just measured one, it's .004 inches in diameter, .1mm. Think of it as a chain mail condom. All pressed together. You can easily tease it apart to get it straight, then carefully snip a bit off the end. All round SS wire, lots of voids, highly resistant to packing tight (always has passages since it's like stuffing your garbage can full of garden hose and expecting it to be water tight top to bottom). Very neat product IMO which is why I originally tried it in HA..... IMO worth a try here. Not cheap (of course) about ten bucks a pair. IIRC I got 'em from PV.
Sorry, no first hand experience with crack pipes, yer on your own for that third part....

That's why I suggested 2 or 3 stainless steel or titanium screens , stacked together my herc doesn't get all oily at the bottom , I think the oil is vaporizing on the screens and before it seeps thru the 3rd screen its already hot enough o vaporize all the oil without a mess at the bottom , plus it seems way more efficient!

The GLOC is not going to be inexpensive unit. It is highly engineered piece from high grade material's, The Glass is made in the USA and hand crafted to our specifications, there are some new designs and a lot of retooling for us to get this done. The unit itself is designed to work with liquid oils that is why it has the liquid part in it, but we are trying to set it up to work with waxes and shatters. It seems as it might have a side effect that is a good thing also, this side effect was not being expected but we shall see if it pans out.
There are a few things built into the GLOC that will surprise a lot of people, and render so many tools useless. From its stand point it can load about 5-6 grams give or take .5
If the side effect is good and we can fine tune it, the name will change because of it.
The VaGlFI is a mouth piece filtration system like no other. Expect this to be ready by Christmas for orders. This is a mouth piece that once again is 99% made in America, We are trying to source the last part also.
As always we do things in a grand scale, so please expect some big things when these two are finalized.
Now getting back to the Hercules production should start in a few days once we finalize some of the parts and wait for the Teflon Rods to come in for our production to start. This is the holiday season please remember its going to take time. We are anticipating around 30-40 days max.
We have switched over to Teflon outer shell and new bottom insulator with teflon outer ring. The Top ring is now eliminated. This should help increase the performance of the 3.7v to retain more of the energy produced by the hammer to produce thicker vapor.

thanks for the replies. thats what has me confused as well; my number is 6336 so i emailed them earlier and its supposed to be shipping out today so. . .Mine is 6339 and is awaiting fullfilment
No as PV should be getting their units anytime.
On a side note, loaded up a 1701 with some gold .7 grams and lets see how long it goes.
Update Test 1.
Update did a 7 min hit session non stop, i dont think anyone will ever get to this point as all the oil is almost gone, .2 left and its still producing massive vapor. I think this cartridge will be the most efficient we have produced. It seems even at .2 is producing massive amounts of vapor.
Either way hope this holds out to our testing as it looks like a winner.

This is my kind of cart for sure.
9:15 points out the the next steps... the couple for testing next week, a small production for testers to take it through the steps, then production! Sounds Perfect.
So with the numbers given...
7 minutes and .5 USED is .07 gram of gold a minute.
With 3 second hits for 60 seconds thats 20 hits a minute.
.07 grams divided by 20 hits is .0035 per hit.
Which 20 hits times 7 minutes equals 140 hits total.
So an estimated 280-300 hits per gram. At about .0035 per 3 second hit. Estimated using a couple given numbers. obviously those numbers can change depending on usage (as well as cart resistance and over/underdriving a cart, material used).

Guys I really think this is the end of the cartridge design. If any company can improve on this my hats off to you. After this design we are going to concentrate on other things, I'm only finishing this because I promised a leak proof design.
If this clears testing this will go into production and that's it, if we can improve on it we will but we are not going to spend time and resources on it.

Dont think there would be many places else to go with it that you havent revolutionized or redesigned. Except capacity. and a gram is plenty fine. And there are many places you could go with what you already have on the table for attachments.
So January is a projected time frame on em? no rush of course. Looks like you got some for internal testing already, then small production testing, then full scale release come January?
