This is a major issue for me as my reputation is on the line.

The bottom insulator piece will be done on Monday my friend said, and we have ordered Delrin outer sleeve to start testing. soon as its here my guy will run it through his machine and figure out best production process and start on that.

Thats awesome, hercules is a bad ass tool of mas vaporization, with those new fixes, its gona be a tank!!!

**I used my herc cart today at work (i know ,i know) I took three solid sessions at work as needed for pain, each session consisted of a dabs worth or a little more, & i got about 2 huge nail types hits plus 2-3 smaller but still medicating hits, got home and used the mini hammer rod in the herc to light up a bowl for my friend who still stuck in the stone age with fire!!!! I then proceeded to load up a fat dabs worth in the re-assembled herc, took 3 fat ass hits and 3 smaller hits, batteries still had juice, maybe a few more sessions left, but i slapt them back in the charger for some further testing!!!!!

The best part was that after the dabs worth of oil was loaded, wich in fact is pretty quick, i could get medicated very quickly, i mean i was done in under 45 seconds, fast heavy delivery, what else can you ask for!!!!! no lighter no torch no waiting!!!!

I just picked mine up at the post office today. Unfortunatly no oil on hand. But 3.0 volt batteries are charging. About to test on some flower. I'm glad all the breaks and fixes are taken care of before anything happens to mine. Gotta love the customer service at d9 and the knowledge shared at fc. It's a good time to be a vaper!!!!!!!!

I love the HERCULES, OK mine gave up as well and I am confident that it will be corrected.

Now I'm in the process of trying to clean all the parts and have my packaging ready.
By your statement it looks like I should just put the OLD HERCULES to the side and wait for the new one?

I planned to put some NITROS GOLD WAX in my HERCULES.
Since it is dead I loaded a 2.4 cart and it is divine.
This will hold me over until were all corrected.

You make a very good product and to have this transparent launch is a bold move.
My respect is only increased by the way you and DELTA 9 are handling this situation.

jpdnktr I'm a green horn to all this and just learning as we go.
OF encouraged me to use the 2.4 carts and they are working out really well for me.
Now I have my CHROME PERSEI set up with carts.
My BLACK PERSEI had the HERCULES on it.
My HERCULES was like taking shots of fine Scotch.
Maybe it's a good thing that it went out because I was getting FADED from the thing.

FWIW, G has my original Herc to study as of this afternoon. I hope it helps reverse engineer a few of these issues.

Even if there are known issues with the replacement I have...for now it is much much much "less" defective than the previous unit...in the form of I can't see straight right now and feel great. I burned a few tanks through, and have not encountered any of the issues I had already discovered in the first unit. Most noticeably, it is so much cleaner inside after the same amount of use. Maybe it will develop issues later on, but I sure hope not. I am eagerly awaiting improvements to this design. For those who have not used the Herc yet, think of it like a battery-powered, self-contained nail rig, rather than a cartridge that you fill and take in your pocket. I assume that each session Blazing OG took at work required refilling or switching tanks; am I wrong? (If I am foot=mouth)

Also, G confirmed my idea of using pliers to crimp the mesh in the tanks if you don't like it moving up and down. The trade off is if you crimp, you will not be able to tap your mesh out to change micron sizes; a planned upgrade part series. My thought is, the heck with changing the insert only, increase the retail price by whatever the sleeve, lid and o-ring cost and just sell tanks of varying micron sizes complete; crimping everything during manufacturing. On the topic of tanks, I'd like to see o-rings for the lids available on D9V for simplicity of acquiring the correct size and material.

Lastly, I believe I witnessed the naming of a new product that is not even in G's sig..."her name is Leela and I thought she was pretty sexy for a one-eyed monster" and that's all you're getting out of me

I think the first ones had issues as the latest batch i checked and saw no issues with the bottom insulator, but still we are changing it. I already have a design done and now planing prototypes which should be done on monday. Since my friend has a small amount of delrin on hand he is able to make 3 prototypes.

Thanks for getting on this ASAP! Is there any chance of getting the different size micron mess plates?
I think this is a big deal for the guys w/soilds, Waxes, glass. Hopefully this will cut down warmup times.
Also G I would love to get in on some 1701 testing I think this will be my choice for meds when having abdomal spasm attacks, which come out of nowhere and the pain will put me in a ball on the floor just acking and I can't wait for warmup and drawing in all the hot air makes it worse. Love the Hercules for just kicken back, GREAT flavor! But for real Med use (IMO) I like the present style carts minus the clogs and leaks! Instant Meds no waiting! It would be nice if we could clean and reuse like the Herc, but I guess we can't have everything.
G I just ordered a few boxes of carts if you have any 1701's for testing I'll play!

Your 100% correct' each session was 3-5 hits, and the 3 session I reloaded each time!!!! I could of taken the 2 other oil tanks but the one served up well and loaded fast and easy with some pine apple express crumble budder!

as much fun as the hercules has been, i have a tough time rationing my oils out because the hercules is the powerhouse that it is. I think im gonna go back to 5.0 carts and maybe save the hercules for my flowers for when the iris comes out. For now the hercules just combusts flowers so i feel that i have taken a few steps back. Can't wait to get my hammer fixed so i can use my bender again.

Sorry I thought thats what we were all here doing. Testing
G made a comment that it might be a good idea to have some kind of testing in the future, so thats what I was refering too. Also I didn't ask for anything for FREE! Just That I had paid for some carts and if he wanted one tested I was willing. I thought I was being helpful, my misstake for offering to pay to test. Won't happen again.
