When I was on vacation, I did a significant amount of looking for w9 products, hoping I could find a replacement globe skillet. Every shop I went to in Vancouver had w9 products, but none knew anything about them(except KISS carts), and the price for a Vaporizer was $50-60 CAD. If it was closer to the w9 price, Id have picked one up as a spare for he trip! One place had KISS carts, but no globes (only vape ape replacement globes/skillets) and another place had vaporizer, minicron, KISS carts, and Persei, but had no clue what the Hercules was. Sigh.
@THC SCIENTIFIC you need some promotional material included with your wholesale orders, or some sort of guide on the website; vendors are woefully uninformed as to what is current generation and what parts go with what. Maybe if they had a cheat sheet, they could do a better job selling w9 merch in LHSs.

I've iso soaked/cleaned a kiss cart for the 6th time or so and did an initial burn off which gave of a little vapor then cleared up like normal. I did a little more just to be safe and now it just never stops producing vapor. If I feather the button every other second it just spits out a small line of vapor continuously. It smells a little burnt, but not toxic like burning plastic. Is the wick vaping? Maybe the wick still has a residue on it that's vaping? I've never opened one up so I'm not sure if something under the cup could be vaping.

Sometimes I repeat the cycle twice if ISO didn't remove it all the first time. If it keeps happening it's probably time to retire imo

How long did you let it dry? Also, I've had coils that are cooking off some gunk on the wrong side of the skillet giving off a little wisp of smoke/vapor from the wire holes in the skillet, so that's not out of the realm of possibility. If you're sure it's dry, I'd check it's resistance on a tester.
@THC SCIENTIFIC could make this with little effort, all he needs to do is increase the length of the center pin in the AC base and the Herc parts will thread onto it nicely. I asked him about it a few pages back but didn't get a response.
Remember, his interest is in selling the 8 and Persei, so there is little incentive for him to make his devices work on 3rd party 510 devices.

Ya I understand.. But I can see it being beneficial for him selling to a broader market. I can't count the number of people who own 510 devices that always asking for a oil attachment and or a herb attachment. If the bender and herc were to be obtainable in 510 I can see them flying off selves and even more retailers Interested like all these damn vape shops. Then you realize the current 510 model/device you own cant keep up or perform well enough. I imagine a 8 would be recommended right away! Just like the few of us who owned omicrons first and wanted to upgrade. We got perseis to run hercs. If the herc and a herb attachment like bender got introduced to 510 world I can imagine people will upgrade to 8s or persei. It'd would be wrong for me to say w9tech isn't popular. But they definitely have room to grow. I love showing my w9 gear to my clueless vape homies. Enough ranting I shared way more then my 2 cents.
510 market needs a option for Elite 420/710 attachments. I wouldnt want anyone else to do it but @THC SCIENTIFIC

I let it dry overnight. I think I will just iso soak it again and if it still does this toss it. I'm tempted to now as it is, but it was my first black wick kiss cart so I'm going to give it another shot. Sentimental I guess.
Also what do people clean them in? I recently just tried using double bagged ziplocs instead of soaking in a shot glass so I could shake it. It leaked out of the first bag so I switched to a little plastic tube with a cap I put metal parts in with iso to shake clean. I was worried the cart would bounce around the tube and break so I didn't want to shake it hard. I want to go back to bags so I can shake the hell out of it, but I don't want a face full of iso.

I soak in glass, then put in a bag for shaking. I only use 1/4 of the bag for shaking, and I twist the bag af few times, so at worst I get a few drops leaking out the zipper end into my hands.

@masaki i know you keep asking but I keep saying the same thing, we are working with our glass blower and it needs time, so you have to wait a bit. It's a little bit difficult since the Kiss AC will need some obscure size and we are locating something for it.
@ragnorokk no matter how much we try, LHS's are only interested in the easy sell, what this means they dont want to educate the people, most dont even know what they are selling. No amount of promotional material or training for the LHS will help if they are not willing to learn. WE have many LHS owners who took the time with us and learned all about our products these are the ones that dont stock anything other then our products because they understand it is a superior product. In fact the reason they only stock our products is because they stopped complaining about quality when they switched over and are happier now because their customer base is happier.
When you have people buying anything without doing research this is what you get.
Look at our new Kiss Alpha Coils more Titanium wraps compared to the original Kiss carts and a heavy hitter, combine that with our black ceramic and no solder or glue philosophy and you have one superior product.

what happens?
People are fooled with such claims as Titanium Core. ( titanium grade 5 to be exact ) These are the same people who will not even touch a Grade 5 nail but will use it in a pen.
Then you have the people that follow brands because they like to pretend they are healthy. Really? People on here talk about i want a healthy cart, yet run to the Titanium grade 5 carts, and titanium mixed with nichrome.
You got companies that dont give a fuck about you or anyone here and yet many people flock to them like sheep.
In other words they are not being held accountable to what they are claiming and many sheep are buying the bs.
IE Titanium Grades 1-4 cant be welded to non resistance wire.
You see any cartridge claiming to be Ti Grade 4 and has weld marks then that is total bs. Yet no one cares.
In other words we cant fix stupid on any platform. We can only say our peace and try to educate people. Any LHS that takes the time to explain our products over any of the competitors and 90% of the time ends up selling our products and having a happier customer.

Or maybe slightly further recessed, so oil can't pool under it?
The donuts are good, but there's room for improvement... For instance, the oil is tough to load directly on the element, and once boiling some inevitably runs off to pool beneath.

This is why I keep mentioning this 510
. LHS sell china glass making hand over fist they don't care. Even nice heady gallery try nickel and dime me for nails and dab accessories. I believe these vape shops would educate people. Just like I imagine them educating people on vaping over cigarettes. And a lot of them want oil cartridges and herb cartridges.
