Holy....freakin....moley 😮
Those are just FANTASTIC @Dan Morrison , all of them. You're still somehow exceeding already sky high expectations.
Congrats to the lucky owners, I already have a Nomad, yet somehow I'm still struggling with epic envy, but don't worry, I'm medicating my way back down to mere admiration.

anyone here ever use their nomad through water? I'm wondering if a standard 14mm GonG stem fits? (Sometimes my throat can't take vapor unless it's through water)

My throat can be a bit sensitive too although my Nomad (OG) only makes me cough if I go for a mega-hit, lol (using new "hybrid" heater). Very cool vapor considering how short the path is. The issue with throat irritation is more of an issue with tiny flower particulate getting through the screen (in my experience).

That said, it also works well though a 14mm bong. I just use the included stem and it mates well enough with 14mm female... only issue is the bong is easier to draw through, so it's harder to regulate draw speed. If you pull medium or hard it'll overpower the heater and you won't get much, if any, vapor.

Thank you @mourningbell for that great info! I'm so stoked for my nomad II to arrive.

In case anyone is wondering, I just got word that my nomad II (#18 of batch 1) is ready to ship!! I'll post pics!

Yeah, I remember reading that as well. I just figured that there is something I can put on a cotton swab to clean the contact area under the button.

***edit***
Never mind. I found it.

These instructions gave me horrible flashbacks of when I removed the button to clean :bang:. It was such a nightmare trying to assemble the magnets and keeping them from moving when it was time to reinstall. Anyway I fear I may have to do it again soon, been getting inconsistent heating.

Yeah, given the instructions and pics, I was thinking it looks like it will be a PIA.
Oh well. Is what is.

On the bright side that contact is coated (usually in Vaseline) and should hold up longer before it needs cleaning.

I think this is the most recent post from Dan on the subject, and to him cleaning the button contact is a last resort which shouldn’t need to be done often.

Fortunately the other contacts are easy. :)

Just did a complete cleaning of all contact points and am ready for another 3 months or so. 10 minute job, give or take. Just keep your magnets orientated properly and your good.
Hard to believe I'm going on 3 1/2 years with this beauty. Almost that long on the list for my next one. :D I was on pace for batch 2 of the original nomad when the Nomad 2's became an option.
Heres Nomad 001 with an E nano stem for home use, the gong is perfect length for on the go, or for bong usage, which I don't do with the Nomad.
Caveat: not all of my E nano stems fit in the Nomad, a couple are a bit to thick.
