Puffitup has been matching the lowest drop price lately. If you don't want to wait for Massdrop or deal with them for warranty returns then send PIU an email.

I have no idea what Massdrop are like for warranty replacements.
I got my mighty on massdrop but just dealt directly with S&B for my warranty repair. No problem at all. They paid shipping both ways. Massdroo was not involved.

Mines is brand new an does same thing I think new software does that from stopping it turning off. Mine functions fine
Mine is new (warranty replacement) too and also does this. But it also warms up faster than the old one. Doesn't bother me.

My unit also fluctuates by 1-3 degrees Celsius which is about 2-5 Fahrenheit? I think fluctuation is normal and should be expected. And maybe outside influence has an affect on the fluctuation as well.. such as temperature, wind, humidity etc?
I'm no scientist, and this is not an explanation on the molecular level, but there is just sooooo much VOLUME of heat in the heating chamber, the temp bounces up and down a few degrees normally (how could it not). It's like wearing a heart rate monitor, it's never STEADY. It bounces around within 5 beats or so. It's dynamically changing (not a static number), second by second, but the overall average temperature is what you set it on.

Hope that makes some sense...

Hi everyone, new to the forum and proud owner of a Mighty for about a week now. Loving it so far but have a question...

Once I set a temp it seems to fluctuate around that temp about 5 degrees. For example if I set my temp at 380 it will get to 380 no problem and vibrate but even without me drawing it goes like this.

378>379>380>381>382>383>384

Then goes back down again

384>383>382>381>380>379>378

Sorry if it's confusing but this is the exact sequence no matter what temp I choose and whether I draw on the vape or not. Is this normal fluctuation or should it stay at the desired temp and not move unless it drops a couple degrees while drawing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. My serial # is in the 16XXX range so it should have the latest software.

ITS NORMAL! My old mighty would always hover one degree or so around the temp, but rarely reaching the true set temp. And it would barely vibrate when it was supposed to

With the updated version they have a heater that over shoots the temps to insure vibration and keep it from hovering like before.

thanks to any and all that gave advice, we have a new happy vaper on board

Hello Guys,
As a former owner of a mighty (I sold mine and bought a second crafty) I wonder if someone who has upgraded to the mighty are having the crafty miss.
I ask this because they have a huge size difference and the crafty charge the battery is easier because of being usb. Easily, with a powerbank, have more autonomy than with the mighty.

I'm quite happy with my choice, I always have one crafty with full battery.

I honestly have not had the mighty miss but I recognize that for certain types of use may be the most appropriate choice.

I must be a high tolerance guy, because the Crafty couldn't keep up with me. I charge my Mighty mid day, and definitely blow through it a couple of times a day. I work from home, and this kinda keeps me on the computer and vaping a bit, so hence the heavier usage. I do like the smaller Crafty size and usb, but Mighty is not so big for me. In car it rocks. I never smoked outside, so I have no real desire to vape outdoors (IE: walking dog) - so for me, M1ghty was the only way to go. I NEED the second battery on board. Wish it was USB, but I'm thinking about a power bank for the Mighty (just got the car charger).

I loved my crafty and loved the design and size - it ´s beautiful device but charging after 3 bowls is not enough for me. So i sold it to get Mighty and i can say that i never missed my crafty. I love having display and +- buttons on it so i don´t need to bring my phone with me (i always start my sessions at tasty 170 C and end up at 204 C) I don´t need to hide with my vape so size don´t matter to me. When i leave house (wall socket) Mighty bring me all day satisfaction and I have never have problem with fully discharged battery when on a trip. When i use it all day long i get 9-10 bowls and end up with 2 bars battery. It´s true that Mighty is more a bag vape than pocket vape but that´s not problem for me. So i´am definitely not missing my crafty, wish i have enough money to have both -crafty and mighty)

You might check out the Micro-Start XP-1. @elmomuzz originally recommended it and I have used it for a while with good results.

ok got my replacement mighty In mail from piu and to confirm it is a new casing and my sn is 17xxx and when u set the temp it deliberately goes 5 or so over and vibrates as it hits your setting on its way up and it is now a 2 min auto shutoff which was never a problem for me as I take big hits..

Still lovin the mighty as my daily driver. A couple tips I've found recently. Instead of using the oil pad on top of the flower to reduce load to half, I've gone back to the screen but put it on top of bud halfway in the chamber. Does the same trick as oil pad but preserves taste much better. I Use a sewing needle to pull screen out of chamber when finished, fits like a glove. The other tip when possible I've been saving battery juice by connecting to power during heat up to 180c and then disconnect for rest of use. I believe this extends my battery by a half day. Happy mighty puffing!

I want to use other vapes... I keep playing with my AA and Plenty, but can't help but crave the "perfect" Mighty hit (which doesn't happen every bowl, but most, and it's usually because I got lazy someplace -grind, pack, session itself, etc). I am real serious about a log as well. My question to you fellow Mighty lovers, will I be disappointed because I'll be comparing to Mighty hits, session length, taste, or is that incorrect? Just thought I'd see what the Mighty community feels about the comparison Log vs Mighty. :bang:

I go where the thrills are
Just got a price match for the Mighty on Puffitup for $335. Randy is as awesome as you guys say he is. I am so happy!

Dumb question...but I assume these guys are an authorized retailer and warranties are all intact?

Just got mail from Randy so I wanna make sure I know what I'm doing before trigger-pulling...
