Why does Namaste make you nervous I.B. lol? I bought both my Pax units from there with no trouble!

Well Adam I had an email conversation with S&B this afternoon from Germany and was told that the Mighty has been improved continuously since its first release. I was told the battery casing has been improved so the batteries can't rattle loose any more and the firmware for the temperature gauge and display has also been tweeked a few times since first realise
I bought my pax from them too! Had to send back! They seem to be good with email communication when buying but try sending stuff back, I prefer vapefiend, always honour warranty, quick communication, quick delivery, nice guys and they are from the UK and authorised dealers of everything they sell...

Namaste have a terrible track record. The owner of the company has a very shady history. Go with anyone other then Namaste.

They tried to rip me off. I am so glad I never bought from them with all the problems I have had with my Mighty. Warranty would have been a nightmare.

Wow that don't sound good Stinky, I've actually been in contact with them today asking about the warranty on the Mighty, I wanted to know if they would swap from there UK shop rather than me having to send it back to Germany if I had any problems. They haven't answered that but have assured me the Mighty's they have in stock are the latest batch with the newest firmware, I'm waiting for them to send me some serial numbers so I can double check! I must say I've ordered two Pax's off them recently (on two separate occasions) and had no problem with delivery or the unit once delivered.

So what problems have you had with the Mighty Stinky??

A few months ago I ordered an Air with Namaste cos they had it as only one in Europe at that time. Then I read about their reputation here. I canceled the order before payment.

3 days later it arrived! Never heard anything from them again... Free Air!

Mighty with broken power button received by S&B yesterday. Received tracking info for a package coming back to me today. Nice overnight turnaround, just like when I sent in my Crafty. I have to assume I'm getting a new unit, no way they had time to fix it. Time will tell.

The mighty does look appealing..i wonder if it can handle loads smaller then .1 but still deliver large clouds and good flavor.
Is there anyone here that owns a mighty that could chime in on that ?

I received a brand new unit this week after sending in my Mighty which had a broken power button. Bravo S&B! This new unit's power button feels stronger with less of a "squish" when i press it. I'm thinking its something they have improved over time. Again, great customer support and service from these guys.

@Mrmrmrmr not mighty but the crafty has the same bowl size if i'm not mistaken? It can handle those smaller loads very well with the steel wool pad inserted on top. Very large flavourful clouds! I imagine the Mighty is no different.

Nice to hear positive reports of customer service and improvements/progess! @Mindspin

I never weighed a bowl, but the mighty will do partial bowls. Just use a screen or an oil pad on top of the herb in the bowl to hold the herb in place. I use mostly partial bowls throughout the day, and it works great this way. I get clouds with my herb, YMMV.

Is it just me being to high or did the mods delete our nice discussion about the perfect, beautiful, faultless, error-free MV from yesterday? Just wanted to quote myself to copy this in the MV section.

If some of the mods thinks this is already a public discussion about a mods decision feel free to delete again, at least it didn't take me hours to write down very useful infos you deleted in a second, imo! Why just move in the right thread?

That post was moved to the Minivap thread, so you can add your thoughts to it there man.

Have to clean my unit anyway, so let's gunk it up:

Please use the fine sieve and don't hit to hard, airpath is restricted with tamped kief anyway. Use high temps and take your time for a really conductive experience :science:. Remember, thermal conductivity = Wattage x seconds. And make sure the battery is fully charged, you will need wattage and time! :D Give the mighty time and it will go through the entire load, even there could be a more effective way to consume...

Looks lovely Michel! I'll have to try that sometime when I'm more sober. Curious though, what does it taste like when it's getting spent? I know weed tastes great, then cooked, then burnt sometimes. But I never vaped that much hash before.

I have some dry ice hash that I got a little too green, more like kief, but it should vape in the mighty pretty good. I'll try it soon.

I will get mine tomorrow (well really later today) after getting it and charging it for a while.

I did some searching but did not find a clear answer in the thread, maybe I should try searching the crafty thread, but how does the mighty do with a big glob of shatter on top of the oil pad, or a bit of oil mixed with herbs?

The guide says to use their filling tool and not pack it too dense but seems like some of you guys like to pack it tighter and hopefully it's easy to pack without needing to use the tool.

There are quite a lot people posting here half an oil pad or a cut coarse sieve is good to reduce bowl size.
Mix it, tamp it, let it loose or half empty, use kief, hash, ice-o-later, weed, e-cig juice, shatter, wax. Everything works great. Be careful when using oils or liquids, don't overfill or it will run trough your heater or mix with herbs. Never used oil pad.

@shredder
First hits are great, a little like pure shatter. Taste diminishes fast because spend ABV particles on the bowl wands are tasting like popcorn. Not for taste chasers, more for heavy stoners. I need nearly half the batterie to finish the bowl on 210 degrees until nothing left. Endless clouds.... Very dark brown ABV left, almost black. Not sticky, slightly oily (depending on strain, too)

Should have added you can hit your device like you used to after the kief melted slightly to a puck, depending on how packed you fill the bowl.

The solo was my first portable and I loved it. However, the Mighty is better in every way you can think of. The only real drawback is the price. I have had mine for around 4 months now and put six bowls a day through it. It still works like new. It is the best vaporizer I ever bought in terms of overall performance (size, weight, hit density, efficiency). I just wish they would bring out an official GonG top piece!

After reading at least a half dozen pages of each vape's thread, I came to the opposite conclusion. The only drawback for the mighty to me, was the price. It does sound like your mind is made up, but you might want to check out the arizer air too. Either way, happy vaping!

How can a solo handle small loads better than a mighty, have a better taste and give even bigger clouds same time? (Why did I buy a crafty and a mighty if the arizer solo I already had while still combusting was better, I'm asking myself?)

But like you said, everybody thinks differently. I can fully understand if someone prefers the arizer air or solo over the crafty or mighty, but not in terms of taste, amount of material needed or effects, imo more like easier to clean, swappable batteries, beautiful housing, straw can be adapted, better for WT (perhaps since I don't use them), price, temperatures, size, buttons, no condensate trapped in CU and so on...

The major consensus around here for most that own both the Mighty/Crafty land a Solo/Air is the Mighty/ Crafty is preferred in almost every way. For me as a long time oil head I could never get very stoned with the solo but with in a week of the Mighty I have become a flower child once again and rarely touch oil for the last 2.5 months.
