Maybe it's a bit understandable being that they entered a part of the market (the portable market) that they have had no experience in with portable vaporizers that they have had no experience in manufacturing before, so now, not only do they have to deal with the headaches of growing pains that happens with every new product, it is also the Christmas season, which adds to the workload even more.
I remember back when the S&B portables were first introduced and I stated that people need to be aware of the ticket that will need to be paid by being an early adopter and that this happens regardless of the product or the company. I got a few responses back stating that they have full faith in S&B because of their long standing track record and that they are not concerned with any potential growing pains that the vaporizer will go through thereby expecting it to perform as a well as a matured product that has been on the market for awhile.
The fact is that there is ALWAYS a gamble in being the first one on your block to own something and if you go into this with your eyes wide open knowing this, it's a bit easier to roll with the punches until things get ironed out and with S&B's longstanding reputation in the market place along with their relatively huge base of customers, I feel pretty confident that things WILL get ironed out.
