Glad you found it useful...feel free to stick around!
trust me brother, you are making a good choice. I cannot find any legitimate reason to not recommend this vape to anyone, particularly someone who has exclusively combusted.I will, as I've never vaped before, I'm sure there's a lot to learn in order to get the best out of the experience ;-)
The Crafty vapes anything you through at it better than any other vape I have tried whether it's whole nug/s, coarsely ground, finely ground herbs, a pinch or a fully packed bowl. It's little oven does amazing baking as our Chinese friends say! I guess the Mighty does as well…Can anyone post their experience with different consistentsies of bud. Ie. Ground bud and how it vapes. Dry bud. Whole nug etc. I had some master cush that was dry and ground fine and it really plumed.
So very sad, I stepped out yesterday for twenty minutes and missed UPS delivery, now the long wait until Monday.

thanks, do you notice for example if dry fine ground gives how much more vapor than course moist stuff . I have two top shelf strains, I notice my bone dry master cush plumes like mad while this other , bit more moist strain does not plume like mad, but still a satisfying draw: please post your experiences, thanks.
cool my man, do you pack ground up stuff into the little oven or just loose?, and do you usually fill to the top where the rubber piece starts?I guess resin quantity on the plant plays the major role as to the amount of vapor that can be created and of course grind, size of the load and temps play big roles as well. A dry herb can have more resin and greater vapor production than a moist one. Finely ground herbs will give off more vapor at once since there is more surface to be heated…

nice, do you put a liquid pad on top of your "just covering the screen method? And I noticed, has anyone else, that on full charge my battery will gradually go down to like 3 bars after a few sessions then if I do another session it jumps down to one bar then I need a/cIt depends on the results I need every time… If I want a light session I will just put enough to cover the screen, no packing… If I want to be destroyed or am with company, I will pack it to where the grey plastic starts, yes! Even a bit more!
No liquid pad for me. I just draw slowly… My batt goes down two lines every session so it's usually like 3 , max 4 sessions for me.nice, do you put a liquid pad on top of your "just covering the screen method? No, there is no battery bypass. The unit works while charging, but will still drain the battery as it takes more juice to use than can be replentished by the charger.Crafty/Mighty Owners: Are any of you using it plugged in as a home vape?
Is the battery bypassed when it's done charging? If I could treat it like a Volcano when Im at home I think the shorter battery life should be okay, but it might be too much cycling on the battery if it is not bypassed.

I just used the liquid pad for the first time on top of my load. I didn't notice any difference in performance, but it sure does keep the top screen nice and clean. I will likely continue using the pad while at home, but I think it would be a PIA out and about.
get a mighty then, it will get you a bunch of sessions cordless then just plug into ac and be tethered but still sippinAhh thanks for that info Stu. Was hoping I could use one like a Volcano at home. I guess I still could, but I wonder what the affect on battery performance would be.

Are you saying the Mighty actually bypasses the battery when plugged in? I asked about this a while back, but I was under the impression that wasn't the case. If you can bypass the battery, that's a huge plus IMO. The only downside is that I believe the power cord is only 6 feet long? I'd prefer 10 feet, but it also seems as though the adapter is proprietary. Anyone care to weigh in?
Good one! You notice any difference in draw restriction with this setup?Instead of cleaning the screen in the removable mouthpiece, I find it easier to just place a 3/4" screen over the bowl. The 3/4" screen is very easy to clean, and fewer particles seem to pass through. I bought a 100 on Ebay for like, $6.
I thought there was a top screen? If not this makes total sense. Hopefully I will find out first hand if ups will leave me my package tomorrow.mInstead of cleaning the screen in the removable mouthpiece, I find it easier to just place a 3/4" screen over the bowl.
