It seems people are hopeful about the MiVape. You should read the thread. It's a new Vape with initial production issues. Version 2 is due to be released this week. I don't have one so can't help with user info...

I had to get an adapter for it but it was under $5. I did read on here that another member asked them for the U.S. Plug and they sent it to them with a U.S. Plug. I'm not sure if mine charges faster than the U.S. one, does anyone know if it would?

The Zion comes out next month. Still time to preorder for the discount price of 199 with lifetime warranty. Also RBT's two other models, the single 18650 and the duel, but those won't be starting shipping until November/December. Haven't tried either but from what I've read in their threads, they should be able to hold their own to the mighty, plus pure convection and more on demand so won't cook your load between hits. Also have heard daisy's a beast if willing to venture in to the world of butane. Have Lily and can confirm she's amazing. My :2c:

Why would they want $120 to replace them? It says right on their site that after you aren't satisfied with the charge the batteries are holding that you can send it in and pay $75 for them to replace them.

I guess its labor? They told me the batts were 90. I think I will just replace on my own and sell the POS. So for all of you that use the Mighty as a daily driver buyer be aware. I only had mine since June and I am out of hours on that battery. Does S&B expect me to buy replacement batteries every 3 months at $90/$75? That is crazy to me and shit customer service to boot.

There was a guy on here that posted three times that he bought a fake Mighty from eBay and that eBay sided with the seller and he lost his money. I asked him three times to please let us know the name of the seller so that people would know who to avoid but he just ignored me. It was pretty clear that he was full of it.

Glad to hear that you got your money back. That must be so annoying.

Puffitup has had to take the Crafty and Mighty off the list of products the discount code applies to due to the manufacturers request. Randy has said to just email him direct and he will apply the discount.

If they were out of stock then try them again and talk to Randy specifically. They are one of the biggest online retailers now after moving to Las Vegas to be closer to the transport hub. They'd be restocking very often.

I have purchased from Vapefiend before and it was a very difficult process and they were difficult to deal with. I'll never buy anything from them again.

If you are in Australia then the batteries in the unit are covered for the full length of the two year warranty. I contacted Fair Trading and received documentation specifically relating to the Mighty in writing.

Having second thoughts on buying one of these now. It DOES cost 90 dollars to replace your batteries, even though their website still states that it costs $75......And they don't even guarantee the batteries for the length of the warranty. It says in the manual (of my counterfeit, which I'm sure is exactly the same as the real one) that batteries are part of the things not included in the warranty, such as "normal wear and tear, and deterioration." That's incredibly poor customer service if you ask me, especially on a $400 device.

edit: I REALLY REALLY want to hit buy right now, but I just can't justify spending $400 on a device that isn't even guaranteed to work for the length of its warranty.

Contact your local Fair Trading equivalent. The units have only been out for 9 months and have a two year warranty. The batteries have to be of merchantable quality.

B&S changed their battery suppliers a couple of months back due to performance issues.

I plan on it. I heard that they consider over 700 hours of use, the start of degrading the battery. So they are telling me I can only use the unit less than an hour a day. Guess its time to start the new vape search.

never had problems with s&b service... had to send back a defective crafty several month ago and took the chance to upgrade for a mighty. got some gifts or their products extra for exchange....two weeks ago i had to send in the mighty becouse of broken fins and cracked case on top. wrote a nice letter and had a nice phonecall with s&b. got a brand new mighty (#25XXX) and screens for free... thank you s&b!

Ouch! This is pretty huge, since I believe you are the first to report tired batteries, especially in such short time. What are your typical usage patterns? Charging patterns? I'm curious, because i've had 2 Mighty's since 4/20 and have used both moderately throughout the summer, and i'm paranoid about premature battery wear so i'm always monitoring, checking, etc. and even after so many months of usage, my batteries don't seem any different than new? I can heat up from 20c to 180c in under 1m:15s unless there are other parameters that should be measured. I still get as many bowls and everything seems the same as new, although on one Mighty the vibration seems to have become slightly weaker.

If $120USD is somewhere in my future (like it seems), it looks like the Mighty may not be for me afterall.

HAS ANYONE ELSE NOTICED ANY DETERIORATION WITH THE MIGHTY BATTERY?

Finally it's happened :clap:.... It looks like vapefiend has been listening to us.

They have come up with an adapter that bypasses the cooling unit allowing for direct water tool usage (exactly like the muzzmod).
Available in 14mm and 18mm.

Woah! That's awesome! I wonder what that plastic is made from though? Same material as B&S uses? This is a game changer as i've been thinking of moving on from the Mighty lately. Pricey yeah, but looks very solid and professional, I wonder if there is all glass in the path?

What are the differences between a muzzmod and lets say using the song adapter ratchett makes ? I have the song adapter for the Mighty and have yet to try it , i also have some extra cu's so i been debating on making a muzzmod , would love to hear your thoughts of you have tried both.
