how many approximate sessions would you guys say you fit in at the discharge of the first bar?
I used to fit 3 in on the first day and now i can only fit one in.. I don't know what coulda happened? my batteries couldnt have degraded that quick right?
Have you cleaned the screen in the bowl yet? Plugging of that screen causes degradation of performance.

Pull the lower screen out of the bowl with a pin or something and clean it properly. Then use an alcohol wipe, or similar, and clean the entire bowl.
ah cool. i charged my mighty on an extension chord. It wouldnt be possible that the extension chord mightve overcharged the batteries? Isnt there a limit of charge intake on the charger?

The battery charge is managed by the microprocessor on the board. No chance unless you got some kinda surge that fried your device.
thanks haha thats what i thought. Reading the mighty instruction manual is what really confused me. it said

"The use of multiple sockets and/or extension cables is not recommended. However, if this is absolutely necessary, only products with a quality certificate (such as UL, IMQ, VDE, +S etc.) may be used, provided the specified power exceeds the power required (A=Ampere) by the devices that are connected."

They are limiting possible problems, and their liability, by saying this. Lawyers at work . . . I still wouldn't put the Mighty power brick on a shitty extension cord though . . .

it was a multiple socket thingy instead of an extension cord but yea im not going to be charging on that thing anymore. I mean what would be the point of the limit capacitor if it took higher voltage charge lol.

Vapin' with my Mighty
When you guys talk about serial numbers, you mean the SN in the back, right? How the heck is mine 11xxx when I bought it directly from Storz & Bickel just a few days ago, weird, right? Its like MY01xxxx. Or am I looking at the wrong number? That would mean mines a "11k" serial number version, ye? Odd if true.

I think by starting in the 150-156°C Range you can get some vape without dabbing to CBD.
I mean we never have to hit the 320F/160C barrier with the mighty, that's what makes a single digit degree vape a beast.

Maybe I turn my vape to Fahrenheit to get even smaller steps?

Also according to the PDF, vaping 9-THC with a bit of CBD is "slightly sedating" while going on the 8-THC+CBN (170°C/340°F approx.) trip def makes you sleepy.

I bought some fresh thyme and sage yesterday, let's see how that tastes in the mighty :D

Words cannot express how much I love the Mighty! Absolutely perfect for my needs! The battery life is surpassing my expectations and the vapour quality is absolutely TOP SHELF. After owning the Herbalizer for a while, IMHO this IS a portable Herbie (without the fan and gimmicky CYA worthless aromatherapy).

EDIT: Just had my first glitch....vibrate did not kick in when it reached temp, and for some reason lingered 1c under set temp. Following session was back to normal.

I cleaned my CU yesterday again, after 17 days this time! The upper sieve in the CU started to clog (I use the fine sieves exclusevly), performance drop and draw resistance was noticeable after 15 days.
The lower sieve in the bowl is good for 2 more weeks, I didn't even took it out. It's only slightly clogged exactly where the center pin if the bowl is sitting. I can see trough the meshes and see the holes of the heater. I always clean/empty the bowl while hot. I try to do this with the included brush when I can. I try to stick the brush through the screens when the bowl is still hot, too, even if the meshes are too fine for this. It keeps them clean anyway. But I have to ISO-soak the brush when the cleaning of the CU is needed. Quite a lot of resin sticking in it.

While waiting for the CU to ISO-soak, I tried to clean the mighty himself. I had quite a lot of resin directly under the air intake, lots of dust and some dog hair included for free!
Is it just me being too high and not getting I'm blowing in the mighty? Or where does the resin come from? It has to travel through the heater! Not really nice over a longer life time... Thankfully warranty is so good! But time will tell...

I literally just cleaned my Mighty too - all the CU pieces are drying off on a paper towel at the moment. I bought a large bottle of ISO, so I just disassemble the CU and soak all the pieces/o-rings in a glass of ISO for 30 mins. This is the second time I've soaked the CU since I bought the Mighty, which means it gets a thorough cleaning every 60-70 bowls (give or take). Super easy to clean the CU; disassemble, soak, rince, dry, reassemble.

I also brush out the bowl after every load when it's still warm (not too hot or the bristles from the brush start to smoke). I haven't yet removed and cleaned the bottom screen because it doesn't seem to get clogged up. The screen on the CU gets pretty sticky after 10 days of heavy use, even though I use the wax pad on top of every load.

I'm glad my experience with the MFLB a couple years ago didn't completely turn me off the idea of vaping. The Mighty has been a revelation, and in my opinion is aptly named.

I use the temp as a guide, not as actual temps. I imagine the temperture probe is outside the bowl , not in the weed, so the actual temps of the herb may be slightly less than what is shown on the mighty. I do know the mighty will make uniformly impressive abv when you ride the temps up in a session.

I've read that thc heated, can turn into cbn. That is why i believe using abv has those sleepy effects. In one continuous session I'm not sure how much of this is going on. I think the biggest differnces you will see are strain related more than cannabinoids switching properties or identities.

I've vaped lavender flowers before. It helps lung infections and tastes nice. Not much taste but also good for lungs is mullein. I vape small amounts of each from time to time in loads of my own herb.

The Volcano tastes better than the Mighty?? I know taste is pretty subjective, but the one reason I can't stand bag vapes (owned Arizer EQ, Herbalizer, and tried a Cano) is due to the bad taste. I know you can keep the temps sensible and blow some flavourful bags, but I still much prefer the Mighty dry than dry vapour that condenses too quickly IMO.

Yep much much better flavour in the volcano in my opinion. I only really started vaping when the mighty came out and have only really been using that. I bought Michel's volcano from him (thanks dude :)) and I was instantly blown away by the flavour. It's like how your bud should really taste. I love my mighty though it's my daily driver and I wouldn't swap it for anything.
