Just got mine in the mail today, super small! The build quality is solid and it's easy to use--definitely a plus. The only (minor) gripes I have are that the fit and finish is a bit worse than I'd like, (bits of wood 'flashing' stuck to the inside of the draw hole, rough edges on the draw tube, etc) but I can fix this on my own with some slender files and sandpaper, and the battery pushback ring is neat but discovering the required amount of force to overcome it takes a bit of practice (still hasn't become automatic...guess I need to use it more

Congrats on the purchase! Just got mine a few weeks ago, and coming to the same conclusion as you on the push back ring. I've been contemplating removing it, and maybe shaving it down slightly so it requires less pressure. I find after using the box for more than a couple hits, that my hand has a circle from the battery. I also find myself struggling to find ways to hold the box in a way that makes it easy to apply the required pressure without causing pain in my hand.
Anyone have similar issues? Has anyone tried reducing the size of the push back ring as opposed to just removing it all together? I wouldn't mind not having the push back ring, except I would hate to risk leaving the battery in and connected...

the light indicator is cool for seeing the vape anywhere, even the dark. wind resistant, single-hand hit, u name it.
this thing covers many of the things i've been looking for one of the top is being able to keep the herb safe in the box and in my pocket, hit after hit! no mess. no smell. discrete.
just started using native mode and i'm really liking it.
The pyromon's technique is amazing, a must try, at least in native. see vapormedia.com, but basically sealing your mouth on the hole and breathing in through your nose. I was very surprised at how well this worked.

I use it on a 220V system, and it works great, but there's one problem (at least for me) : When the PA is connected to the power (through an adapter), if you touch anything metallic on the PA (the "battery", the area around the temperature dial, etc) you get a little shock. What I did to workaround that issue was put tape over the metallic areas that I touch, and the tape isolates the electricity.
My guess is that my adapter between the American plug and the 220V socket doesn't have grounding, and that's causing it (then again, I don't know anything about electricity).

I informed MF about this when I got mine and I believe they're handling the issue.

Yes I'm sure having a non-grounding adapter is part of the "shock issue". This brings me to another question for you VS: I understood your adapter doesn't have grounding but does the american plug of the MFLB's PA has grounding?

Actually my adapter has the grounding prong (it's the bottom one), but I'm thinking maybe it's not connected to anything inside the adapter... I don't know if the American plug has grounding, but seeing as I'm the only person to complain about this issue in this thread and the fact it's mostly Americans here, I'd say it's safe to assume it has.

Just got 2800 mah synergy batteries, they definitely need to be broken in but im psyched for the extra power. I have the 2700 mah powerex and love them but wanted to see if these worked better, plus they were a few bucks less off amazon then the powerex. Once theyre broken in ill let everyone know how they work, just wondering if anyone has used the synergy batteries before?

I still think the 2700 are going to have the higher mah. If I remember right, the 2800's were really something like 2500's and the 2700's were actually 2700 mah. But I may be wrong.
I have a handful of 2700's that went blah after only a few weeks. I blame this on the stock MF charger. I haven't used a batt in still since the PA came. I hope to do CPR on all my batts when the c9000 gets here this weekend. I was going to order a fresh pack of 2700's with it but I figured I'd do a cycle on the ones that really haven't been used much first. The Batteries Plus 30min away has 4 packs for a decent price. Gotta get ready for spring/summer portability! I was going to get a lotus but I went with the c9000 instead to take my LB portable again.

Was your previous LB much older? I find it gives the same high while being easier on the throat. One disadvantage though is that if you have stinky weed, the smell can fill up a room if you have a fresh trench in the LB.

Yeah the previous model # was like 678675 and the one I have now is like 2,564234 so its obviously newer. Yeah I am not sure if I like the more "airy" feel, but I don't really mind it at the same time. I am still getting vapor so it all works out

Right now my 2800s are still lasting for a shorter time and seemingly lower temperature then the stock batteries still no comparison to the 2700s but I also just got them and 5 uses for each batt should be tomorrow or the next day so hopefully theyll work better when they are broken in. I do want to get the c9000 tho only working with the stock for the time being.

Just ordered the c9000 and am real pumped. I am aiming to get the most out of my MFLB and I'm not a stingy person so I don't mind dropping some extra cash to tweak my set up just right. Also the MFLB is inexpensive enough where I dont feel like Im spending to much on extra stuff because they gave me such a good price in the first place leaving some room to spend a little more on things which will improve your flight.
What you get out of the adapter is surely worth it if you havent seen JD's vids on youtube u should watch them, I don't have it yet so I suppose Im speaking from a third person point of view but watch them n youll see what I mean.

It seems like its definitely worth it if you someone that uses it a lot at home. I do but I'm usually out using it more. I'm just on a budget at the moment, so It's not something I can put my money into just yet. I would also like to wait till they have a final product, just because it is more likely to have less errors.

I also use an early beta unit on a 220V network, without grounding, but I haven't noticed this at all. Then again, I have particularly dry palms...

Hey guys! Received my MFLB overnight from CA last week. After a week of using it I can say that I will never go back to smoking! I love this thing so much. Only thing that gripes me is that I have to share it lol. Does that mean im evil? 
Currently debating whether to go with powerex 2700 or wait for a pa. I guess vaporpedia says I had to have had atleast 1 post prior to october :S?

Welcome to the club! Aren't they just amazing I highly recommend buying a set of 4 Maha Powerex 2700. I own 2 of them and they are extremely efficient, you get better draws, and they last longer. Really great batteries, I always prefer them over my other set's of batteries with my MFLB. They range from usually around $10-15. Much cheaper than buying 4 batteries from MFLB for $20 that don't work well at all..
