Not sure what "tubing" you mean... if you talk of the MFLB whip tubing, it is sold in 3 lengths.. 1 ft.. 2 ft... and 3 ft.chimpybits said:Heya, yet another battery post. I had intended to pick up another pair of batteries from Blissville or puffitup, but impulsively (compulsively perhaps) found myself walking out of a local head shop with a pair. They appear identical to those that came with my mflb (model just prior to the latch) except they have markings on the side. They are marked as POWEREX AA1240-AAQO. According to a post in April on this thread "The batteries that came with my MFLB recently purchased from Blissville have factory inkjet markings of: POWEREX AA1240-AAQO".
However, Vitolo recommends the Powerex AAI240-AAAO or PowerexAAI240-AAAT from Blissville or puffitup. What is the difference between these and the (I assume older model) AAQO I now have? I haven't yet tried my new batts.
Also, by the way I also picked up the mflb wand which looks to be fine except only about a foot long of tubing unlike the 2 or 3 feet offered at Blissville or puffitup. The shop will be bringing in wood stems and brushes next week which I will check out. Hopefully they will know the type of wood - not that I've made any decision on wood type. Once I have these and the OEM grinder and spare push back ring (online) I should be done shopping for this unit. I do prefer shopping locally though it costs more - I like supporting 2 businesses.

I don't think you have anything to worry about at the end of the day. It could be how they keep track of batches of batteries or something.

No.. I use the stock batteries and get 4 solid trenches.sundaddy said:Man, I don't know if it's just me, but I can get through 4-5 good trenches with one of my Energizers from my 15 min charger. I've got 12, I've never bought any batts online, but do they last longer than mine?

It seems like everyone I show it to is unimpressed by the box's performance, undoubtedly because of the learning curve (although all of my vapor inclined friends definitely see the benefits of the MFLB).
Any tips on explaining the box to newbies? I'd really like some friends to enjoy this thing at least half as much as I do.

I assume you are between the Headford and the BW which are both good choices. I just prefer the taller, more "stand up" style bubbler. A big difference between the 2 is that the BW is 11" high and the Headford is only 7" which seems a bit small to me. You definitely want to stay towards the smaller side and the BW isn't too big for the WAMFLB by any means.
Here's a thread I started about MFLB Glass
Here's a good vaporpedia read on Vaping w/ a bong or bubbler
