Had my box for almost two months now and loving it. I've been toking for almost twenty years, and this is the first thing that actually saves me money on herb (I also have an Arizer V-Tower Extreme). Long story short, I've been off work almost two years with MS - I would be at a job making more in a week than I get in a month on disability - so I really have to conserve my weed.
Since I got my MFLB, I've gone from smoking 1.5 gs a day (down from two + grams a day when I was working and could afford it), to less than a gram a day of various Kush strains....and I actually weigh my stuff up each and every day on digis, and let it sit out in the open air for about 24 hours before grinding.
I basically stay "medicated" from the first hour I wake up (I always eat first) until the second I go to sleep off of less than a gram. Pretty impressive, thanks to the MFLB (and my home made keif hash)...and I haven't even touched my ABV for cooking yet.
That's another thing - I use my 4 piece "pollen" grinder (Sharp Stone), and have had no problems getting 6-8 nice hits off 2/3 a trench, while still conserving my kief to make hash with. (everything on the internet says you should only use a two piece, but I say otherwise, if your bud's good enough)
It took a good week or so, packing 5+ trenches a day, but I got my technique down. Only achieved combustion a few times in the thing.
I still combust (via a glass bong) a few times a day, but I also have MS and find my feet pain gets really bad the odd day I give my lungs/throat a break and only use the MFLB for vaporization.
I burned through the stock batteries (I think I let them get too hot), and got a set of 4 Maha Powerex 2700s - one question: is it safe to leave the Mahas on the stock MFLB charger after they're finished charging, if it's for only 12 hours at the most at a time, or am I better off just pulling the batteries out of the charger as soon as they're finished (even though I may not use them for a 3-12 hours)?
