Daily driver down. Not happy about it and feel its time for drastic measures. Enter The Herbalizer. After doing some research on this vape, and hearing a lot of feedback, color me impressed. I haven't read through all 111 pages of this thread but I did see there was a forum deal a while back. Are there any current discounts for forum members on The Herbalizer? I will be incurring the wrath of my old lady with the price of this one, so anything to soften the "blow". Pun intended

Thank you for the info. 1st I was like "YEAAH". Because who doesn't love a discount. But then I was like "NOOOO". Could that cryptographic message mean an update? I hope not, but I think I'm going to pull the trigger tonight or tomorrow.

Nope.


The "cryptographic message" means that for the most part, only FC members have been getting units up to now. A few have been spotted out in the wild. But a bulk of the units are in FC members' hands.

"...on 4/20 the world will know about the Herbalizer, in a mighty big way..." basically means that you only have 16 more days to buy one and still call yourself an EarlyAdopter™. :p [EDIT: Oh... and that whole discounted price thing, too!]

After that, the cat is out of the... uh... ballon...

Well damn wish there was a $50 discount when i bought the unit. Oh well. Still really like the unit, but the bags leaking without using the whip to fill them is annoying. Couldn't find a grommet small enough to use to create a good seal. Has anyone tried doing this and got it to work?

Edit: I'm still curious as to what the secret easter egg is with this unit lol. Do you have to use the aroma therapy option to get it? I saw that some others said they found it, but I have yet to see what it is.

You aren't connecting the balloon to the bowl directly? You are using the whip in between? Have you tried just coupling the green top of the bag to the bowl directly?

[EDIT: If you are saying you tried that and it does NOT work for you, that's the way (bag on bowl) I do it, but there is some minor leakage if I don't put a finger on the green flange. If that doesn't work for you, then something is off...]

No I don't attach it directly to the bowl as it leaks too much unless you hold it down. For my connections its a steady stream of vapor you lose if you don't hold it. Gets a little old holding it when your filling up a few bags when friends are over. Doesn't leak at all when you put the whip end into the bag. I think this is the biggest failing of the unit as there is no seal for the bags.

Don't mind it so much when I am going solo, but when you filling 10+ bags in a row you don't wanna sit there holding it down on the bowl.

When they do their May update so the bag and bowl are more conformed they should have a discount for the early adopters on the correctly molded bowl and bags.

From my end, if I hold the flanges down, the bag finishes before the timer.

If I don't, the bag doesn't finish prior.

I don't have a measurement, but eyeballing, I'd go with ~15%.

Hi guys, just a lurker posting. I had ordered my herbie before the discount code was posted. I contacted them and asked if I could get it retroactively and they are giving me a 50 dollar credit for accessories. They said they should be getting more inventory soon.

So if you ordered yours recently you might want to contact them and see is they will give you the credit. I had contacted them before my unit arrived but they said even if it had already arrived they wanted to make sure I was happy and would have hooked me up. So I just wanted to share the love in case it would help anyone else.

I missed my delivery as well and have to wait till Monday but can't wait :)

You guys that have leaky balloons, are all four of your balloons that way? I haven't tried my balloons yet, so I am asking because I remember reading that it was just some of them that the seal leaked while filling, along the lines that I may have a couple that work correctly, and a couple that leak (for example). Would there be a way to tell while keeping them in new condition, without actually trying to fill them with vapor?

Anyone notice their bowl magnet has loosened and now has a few millimeters of play?

Sometimes the squeezevalve will slide up while filling, which requires a helping hand or the connection will leak.
