This is not a matter of 'liking the answer'. If they told me, "herbie was designed in such and such way that we are one hundred percent certain you will fuck it up with ANY converter known to man" then I'd just admit defeat and sell my herbie before I leave in two months.
Obviously they can't recommend something since if something goes wrong I can't blame them. Which I totally understand but whatever I do to the device now it's on me. I am stuck. And unless you can contribute something meaningful to my predicament, don't waste your time replying on this matter anymore.

One thing i might have overlooked is the phase of the voltage in different countries.
Most of Europe use 3 phase power because it is 220/240V, lots of variance in voltage.
I know the Herbalizer team has said that they do not recommend using a converter because of the differences in voltage and frequency. And Herbie is no simple log vape that runs easily off a converter.
At the end of the day i think it is best to do your own research and do whatever you want to with your Herbie.
If you can find a firend over there and ask them to find out what is available there that would work.
Trying to search out equipment not used generally in North America is kind of long winded and can sometimes be misleading.
Check the bottom of your Herbie and it will tell you exactly what you need to supply, i think it is 110V at 60Hz.
I see the biggest issue being that 220V current is 3 pole and trying to find the correct converter to step down to 110V 60Hz from the 220V. Local help may be your only help here.
And like you said, it is your unit to do whatever you want to with.
Trial and error may be the only way but it could also potentially lead to a dead $600+ vape...
