I've never used with an HT cause putting herbie in any position that's compromising isn't worth it to me. Why not just use the whip with a gong adapter right to your piece?

Seriously though, I use a tiny amount of water in my HT, so unless I pass out I should be good.. But I guess never say never. I actually tried the whip attached to a GonG for about a week but the smell buildup in the whip was just too much. The Herbie tubing absorbs the vapor no matter how much you clean and I don't feel right about cutting new tubing every week or so - just seems wasteful. The SSV tubing Vito and others mentioned would do the trick if I wash it often but I cannot find it in the right diameter. I asked earlier in the thread but I guess nobody knows where to find that tubing in a smaller size.

Honestly, I haven't seen any taste build up at all. Granted I may not use as much as others but here's what do.

I always have a tupperware with ISO ready to go. Along with that I keep 1 zen 8" pipe cleaner and a vapir wire brush.

When I'm done with my last session of the day I dip the wire brush in ISO, brush off the male end of the whip, brush off my screens, and then dip the pipe cleaner up to about an inch in the alcohol. Then stick that sum bitch into the whip and get jiggy with it.

After a few seconds of motion around and going in and out a few times there won't be any residue left. My screen and whip look like the day I met Herbie for the first time.

That was a happy day....

Silicone tubing would do the trick. It is very very forgiving and will stretch pretty good.

US Plastics offers any size you need, I guarantee one of these sizes will fit, they go as small as (1/32" ID x 3/32" OD x 1/32" Wall). Did you measure the opening with a ruler, to give a rough estimate? Just order one size smaller and your good, you can always fold the ends of silicone tubes to make it double walled and more rigid.

I haven't been, but may be dunking my screens into iso more often. Bag filling is negatively effected by a gunked up screen, and I'm noticing it more as I have been using the bags more frequently.

All in all, I find bags on this thing alot slower than the Volcano.

No. SSV tubing is a mix of two plastics or something to that nature, I don't think they have divulged that info. Silicone is safe to be used with ISO so it's easier to keep clean.

I've boiled my SSV tubing in an attempt to clean it and it turned white.

I have never tried to boil any tubing.. however I do clean it with hot water and dish soap... then I rinse WELL.
The tubing on my SSV is a year old. The tubing before that was used daily for two years, and washed in Iso.. before the dishsoap/water rinse.
This SSV tube on my Herbie... is the two year old one.
It is stained, but clean inside, and the smell is clean.

So I'm finding that compressed pollen does well in herbie. I had a brick that I broke into a few small chunks that I ran at 440 until totally browned. It lasted about 7 or 8 nice pulls.

Here's the kicker, I emptied the spent load onto my desk, loaded in some indoor chemdawg, I then mashed up the ABV Compressed melt and added it to the new load. It was fucking milk city for about ten hits. I don't own a piece that I couldn't fog!

I also for the first time got to see Herbie's screen saver! That was pretty cool.

If i have some very tasty herb and i want to chase flavour is sit at 374 all day long.
If i am after medicating with the same herb i go all the way to the highest temp.

The one thing that blows me away every time i use Herbie is how short the sessions are!
I can be done in about a minute if i have reground material.

And then there are the effects…holy cow, bitch slap to the face every time!
Tolerance?? Herbie says "Screw tolerance!"
I don't think i have been so medicated off such a little herb, religiously every day vaping, than with Herbie!

I will send you a smidge if you want to try it along with the pv tubing which I think will be to soft. You have to make sure it is on the outside only so no smell gets in it so it won't matter which tubing you use.

@nigel , bout time you got your herbie now you see why I hate tubing.

We have a few glass blowers on this site so maybe they can make a bent or even better a Z shaped glass stem for the herbie

Thanks! I might take you up on your offer but I think I am finally coming around to your way of thinking on the whips. Like you, my nose picks up everything and I am not disciplined enough to wash a whip nightly.

Last night I took .15g of a 3-week ago harvested DNA Genetics Chocolope (http://dnagenetics.com/seeds/chocolope) via whip, no fan assist at 195C

The flavour exploded in my mouth, I totally lost count of my hits, and once dumping the spent blond coloured bowl proceeded to get out of my recliner. Or should I say attempted to, lol... my legs wobbled, my head spun, and I fell back into the recliner and passed the fuck out !!

When I woke up mid morning I was confused as hell where I was, but remembered what I did then got myself a pinch of an older strain I had in storage and hit my solo instead

I'm sitting here looking and sniffing that Chocolope, as well as the Herbalizer, too chicken too try THAT again at the moment Maybe tomoorow, and a .1g instead Tolerance ? what tolerance

Bro - I get it, I could be hitting the erl all day and be fine. I session with Herbie and after 2 - 3 bowls and I'm fucking vaked!

And @toros23 - There's more than one? Fucker.... And BTW - SSV (7th Floor Tubing) is nothing like No2 vapir tubing. Same size but there's no comparison in quality and texture. Maybe I read what dreamerr wrote incorrectly. I'm sure she means they're similar in diameter.

Nope mvapes they feel the same to me and the no2 is 1/4" where as the ssv is 1/2". I think they are the same ah ah quality. Neither are tubing I like to use on a regular basis for certain things. I use the ssv tubing for the ssv and that is it. I use to use the no2 for the INH for a longer path and playing as well as playing with other vapes. I have moved on to the higher quality pv tubing with the high temp rating.

I will tell you have boiled all of them and the ssv and no2 act exactly the same under boiling they aren't so good. If you want a more precise answer let me know and I will tell ya. Now as far as the science which one is better guess what I don't care cause I only care how they act in rl situations.
