Swap in an oven bag! The green silicon valves pop open fairly easily and you can reassemble with a new bag. If you do a search, you'll find other users mention bag brands and sizes, but I just used the simple grocery store variety. It's been a while for me but if I was to do bags again, I'd probably do something more like this:

were there any changes to ensure better function or stability of the units?

Mine had to go in and get some calibration and work performed at least once, maybe twice.

The balloons that came with the original Herbie were a bit disappointing, super prone to leaks.

As was just the herbalizer bowl itself. It came uncoupled super easily and the cool grips would have a hard time staying in place over time. Flavor was very nice. The unit unit in my experience was better with a whip than other modalities.

I gotta be honest, unless there has been some additional work done to make this better performing unit the. I would recommend folks consider putting their hard earned dollars towards a different device that will meet their needs at a much more competitive price.

I’m certainly glad to hear that Vito. You never have problems with the bags leaking or air escaping the bowl unintentionally? I think an herb chamber redesign would really benefit this bad boy.

I know a lot of people were thrilled with their herbalizers and I had a good romance period with mine, but I never quite felt like it gave the more thorough extractions I expected. Part of it could be that it allowed for a higher air-to-vapor ratio, but I always found the bags a bit wispy, the abv a bit pale. Perhaps I got a more fidgety unit.

I would love to compare the old model to this new one but I’m not sure I would want to gamble at this price point.

Maybe @johnherbalizee there is potential for some folks here to review a borrower unit that also own the OG models. There are some real great folks here. I think involving the community here typically is pretty helpful.

Either way I hope greatly for success for these guys. The herbalizer is a super cool device and i think it has tons of hidden potential that could happen with just a few tweaks.

Total game changer for me was customizing that piece of shit screw together bowl!!
Very disappointing that was not improved !

Keep the Bowl Base which stays on except for cleaning it .
Can’t do pictures here but MINIVAP Flexicone module fits perfectly in the stock lower bowl .
The suspended screen bowl gives it less conduction for best flavor.
I connect direct to long glass mouthpiece or hydratube for best flavor

Someone said their ABV was not fully extracted/ not dark enough.
Mine was always fully extracted , even ran abv from other vapes thru Herbalizer to get last goodies.
There was no need to get deepest brown with its super accurate heat . A few seconds more fully extracted AND it never tastes bad ….tastes meh at the last draw but not bad taste and you can’t even see this vapor without a light on it.

In my opinion, that stock bowl sucks big time, and the modules provide more convection heating and ability for an easy paper filter incorporated to catch all of that nasty dust!

And it’s super easy for the next load versus a super hot stock unit.

I could be wrong, I haven’t been looking for reviews on YouTube for the new unit yet, but I feel like this re-release just is not as captivating as the original herbalizer release.

At this stage in the game I think there are just too many options that are way cheaper that just perform better. This is a rarity in that it does bags as well as the whip setting, but at that price it should really shine out amongst the competition.

I'm still not sure what I would recommend over it in terms of this style of forced air vapes that can do bags. From a quality of vapor perspective. I'll let others decide about its value proposition.

I love it , never have blown a bag yet…..I want max flavor so that’s not thru a plastic bag.
But….love the fan mode
Temp step and finish last of the load on max temp plus blower forced air.

I was hoping V2 would re engineer the bowl
Top half. …..Hate the magnetic too strong , too hot. Etc DITCHED IT IMMEDIATELY
Bottom half is great base to use with :
MiniVAP Flqexicone modules ….wire basket bottom with rimmed screen with thin hemp paper dust filter above the screen with Flexicone silicone ….
Into MiniVAP cover with @Delta3DStudios silicone adapter.Can’t do pics here.

More ergonomic, not hot, has cannabis dust filter, can empty immed and 2 seconds to insert prefilled Flexicone module.
Mates to long glass mouthpiece or directly to hydra tube.

Hated the stock chamber
Disappointed it was not upgraded

Anyone still following along? It seems like the Company restarted their IG promotion recently. Kinda weird since they appear to be teasing a relaunch that has already happened. I’ve also seen lots of emails about flash sales recently. These must not be selling too well?

Confused me, too. I thought maybe there was a new product launching but then it seemed like they meant the Herbalizer.
