Okay, so I have been eyeballing this since before I picked up my Lotus and the 420 pricing is incredibly tempting!

Although they are both butane based vapes, I assume they are going to be quite different.
For those of you that have used both the Lotus and Hammer, could you please highlight the most noticeable differences between the two.

I have come to find that all the vapes have their own personalities, in what areas might the Hammer excel over the Lotus?

I think the Hammer might be a little more socially acceptable....Theres nothing worse than having someone whos never seen a lotus catch you in the act and then you think about what your doing....Inhaling deeply while using a torch and going in circle with it...Makes you feel and look kinda like a crack/meth head. I just bought a hammer for the discount price. At $70 bucks who wouldent want a cloud producing portable that would be good for camping and beach trips?

I think Hammer is just about irresistible at this price. Is there significant draw resistance? I am coming from using the Lotus+WPA and a Plenty.

When pulling a long and deep lung busting drag, is there any threat of combustion?


Do you find yourself favoring the locking stems, or the standard?
I would get a GonG 14mm water pipe adapter for home as well.

Alert! I just realized the premium bundle I bought was not reduced, only the vape. I thought because I ordered the premium vaporizer package it would all be discounted. The biggest sham of this ordeal is the two lockable stems are only $10 and gong package $20 so the free ten screens are actually $1 a piece! So basically don't get the add on packages, or if you want the premium bundle order it all seperate and you will get everything minus the free screens for ten bucks less! I saw the site before @Hammer Vaporizer posted here and now I definetly wish I didn't get that package and kind of feel embarrassed for advising it and purchasing it bc it's not a deal! Don't get me wrong this is an amazing deal and savings but just for the basic package!

I didn't even think to add it up, I just figured b/c they offer packages with the vaporizer that it was all discounted. I could see if I added the vape then went into accessories and added whatever that wouldn't be discounted but a package deal I figured wouldn't be that way. Wish I read SSVUN~YAH 2 minutes sooner haha I was thinking to myself that $50/42% off was some real love so I couldn't pass up the deal and I also thought if I get it now that Tuesday night I should have it. I thought was going get the premium for $20 also but didn't do the math when I checked out, must have had to much pre gaming for the double holiday haha. I could careless after reading thru this thread and seeing the great customer support and efforts to keep everyone informed on sales tells me this is a company worth supporting with my money. I hope this vape fills my need of a portable that can take a 3 day canoe trip or just a round at the disc golf course, who knows might even become a daily vape. Im excited to get to try out a new kind of vaporizer and continue my adventures of turning smokers to vapors. Thanks to The Hammer Vaporizer for the best deal and FC for keeping my knowledge up.

Do you all prefer the locking stems or the standard?

Locking is better. I have both the hammer and the lotus. the only difference to me is the warm up time of the hammer. takes a little longer than the lotus. the taste is about the same and clouds are just as thick. I use both my hammer and my lotus daily.

Oh and a custom stem is the way to go..i got a screenless one and she does a body good!!!

I like non lock on stems, the lock on stems gets used more because of convenience.

I don't think the Lotus does concentrate or conduction as easily as the Hammer. Stems yield a huge advantage over having the bowl in the vape itself. The price is better value even when they aren't on sell the Hammer is just capable of more.

The airflow is a straight tube from one end of the Hammer to the other, the best airflow I've seen, I feel no resistance, even when packing conduction the airflow will still remain good.

I have them both and i get more use out of my Hammer. The main reason i got the hammer was because it was on sale.And as another has posted using the Hammer out in public is stealthier than the Lotus. Lotus as said looks like hitting a crack pipe. Hammer looks like an inhaler at first glance. Also i pretty much never combust with the hammer due to the temp control it is much more forgiving than the Lotus.

It is comfy enough maybe a little drier than the lotus That being said I'm still planing on picking up the screen less gong adapter for fun. And yes having two butane vapes ready for when the power goes is nice.. Bring it on Huricanes!

you can vape small loads with no issue in the hammer. the main difference between the hammer and the lotus is the hammer has precise temp control with the dial. The lotus is more of a breath and playing around with torch distance for temp control. I love them both and I use both daily. The hammer is a bit more stealthy but when I am out on the go or need to duck into a bathroom or something to medicate...the FF shines in those moments.
