His handle is @RUDE BOY, after all.
Pawn or stooge... how about "free agent"

What I want to know is what's the deal with the anodizing?

Like why are these colors so understated compared to say the anodized ti grinders that have much more vibrant colors, not to mention the aluminum ones; are they using a different anodizing process?

Plus bowls can be killed rather quick with the pure convection power, stronger than most portables with "longer" battery life... Estimate is still 3-4 bowls per battery, better estimate than 20min any how, and yes extra batteries for $7 makes it not matter one bit imo

Oh yea it's no biggie guys lol. I have a few vapes (gonna get a desktop soon hopefully) and they'll hold me down until I find a better portable. I'll still definitely be waiting for some user reviews but I'm not a fan of constantly charging batteries. I actually should have known with convection vapes like the Mighty which has terrible battery life (from what I heard) and this thing has better convection and more power than the Mighty so it makes sense. Chill guys haha this thing is gonna make so much money, my llittle pennies won't make a difference. Fuck Combustion!

Even at the estimate of 20 minutes of battery per charge with a 5 second heat up time that more than makes up for the "short" battery life. I have the crafty and it gets 45 min max or 3 to 4 sessions. But 2:30 seconds per session is heat up time plus an average 30 more seconds to change the temp. 20 minutes with how this vape functions is a different 20 minutes of battery with most other vapes.

I really don't expect to have to charge this anymore than I do my Pax. Yeah, the Pax has way longer battery life, but it takes SO LONG to use.

Yea I find that portable vape sessions usually kill a bowl in 10 minutes or more. I'll keep an eye out on the GH's efficieny and how well those 20 minutes (or more) are used.

With my tolerance, I seem to react better to getting an amount pretty much all at once rather than taking in the same amount slowly. I used to use a onehitter, and I think the Grasshopper will bring back some of that straight to the head feeling I used to get.

For the record someone added up the amount of on time in Buzz's video I don't want to guess but it was closer to 10 than 20 minutes.

Its only natural for most people to be put off from a 20ish min battery life but theres really no battery powered vape that is close to comparison with the GH to really grasp the concept... Pretty excited for some real feedback from users

Yeah, I remember that, but the fact remains that that was two people, vaping constantly for quite some amount of time, and if they hadn't been making videos, they probably wouldn't have gone half so long on it.

dam... you win :/

anyways, from the first click to the battery dying was right about 9 minutes.

they said the battery indicator light started flashing about 7:30 into the test.

for what i need, i think the battery life will be fine. and like everyone has said, extra batteries are cheap, and so are portable solar chargers.
BUT this was a pre-production model so with the better insulation + software update it may add a few minutes, but won't know till tests are done
@BuzzDanklin can get a better idea with the Ti he got though that would also be without a software tweak

If mine can run through 3 full bowls at .3 on a full load, then I'll already be able to get more loads out of it than I do my Pax, which I find I can finish about 2 loads the way I use it before it needs to be charged. I feel like I'll really only need the extra batteries in away from indoors situations, and where I have 3 or 4 friends all using it with me.

When most of us are using our beloved Nano or Solo we aren't taking a draw the whole time it's on. This is just an on demand unit. I'm really anxious to hear all the reviews once they start coming in. The 20 min of actual "on time" sounds just about right, of course different temp and draws make a difference. The inexpensive price for batteries is awesome - that too may go up though, once they start selling in the market place.
