I think I'm gonna stick this one out to the end. I'm still hopeful, and the money I used was just my yearly bonus, so it's not money I was planning for, so I can deal with letting it go.
I don't want to encourage anyone to cancel their orders. But I just wanted to relay that GH was very quick to answer my email and issue the refund for my pre-order, within 36 hours. Props to them. That alone will probably make me buy one whenever they retail and have been reviewed by users.
