There is a measurable amount of conduction in Buzz's no-hit ABV pic. I guess it is to be expected in such a small device and the max temp is the extreme. I was hoping it wouldn't cook the weed before I want it to.
Fixed it for you.To me this is an impressive result that indicates good design...I can't see how a vape of this size could do better. I would conclude that for all intents and purposes, when used as recommended, the GH is a pure (99%) convection vape.
Cool experiment, @BuzzDanklin.
Legal stuff?does anyone know how long their legal stuff could or would take to get done? are we talking months or weeks?

Legal stuff?
Here is his reply:
"We are working on a number of things before shipping. Large scale testing, final tweaks, product labels, legal compliance, and of course assembly. We have lots of help to assemble Hoppers and are working on setting up the full time crew. As I am sure you can imagine getting people trained up also takes a large amount of time. We cannot accept any poor quality work and right now everything needs to be checked by Matt or myself. Hang in there, just because we are very close doesn't mean we should cut any corners now.
I am not perfectly confident of delivery in that time. You are in the 2nd half of the backer orders so we have quite a few to ship before we get to yours. We have to see how fast we can get assembly moving and how well the supply chain can keep up."
So it seems they've still got a ways to go.
This recent attention regarding "unattended cooking" is much ado about nothing imho. Frankly, I would be much more concerned if there was no change at all to the herb in this experimentI'd call that very minimal conduction since only the very end turned color.@BuzzDanklin.
Personally I'm working on a metal 3D printed keychain accessory with 5 or 6 containers which would hold just enough herb in each for 1 load in the Grasshopper.
Lol sign me back up for an early bird model when you get there!I am currently building a time machine so i can go back in time to get in on the $99 grasshopper indiegogo campaign. If any one would like to donate to help my cause i will be holding a indiegogo campaign for the funding of the time machine shortly. In all honesty i wish i would have got in on the campaign when it started but i did not want to take the chance as i have never done something like that before. Once i see a few in peoples hands though i will pre-order. I am moving soon also so i will have a new address, if i was to pre-order can i change my address without losing my place in line ?

Could totally go pick up a handfull of them, head back a few months and sell them for a bit more than the future price for the instant gratification... $$$$$$$$$$$$When you are done with the time machine I'd like to borrow it so I can go into the future and use my grasshopper. I'll pick up a few extra while I'm there if anyone wants one.
