My friends call me "Menz"
@Deadshort480 you should show this to the two LHS's near you... maybe one of them would be interested. i would but i don't get down there that often and the LHS's near me all suck!!!
i sure wish i read the perks better before just jumping on the $99 standard perk now that i read them closer... i would have sprung the extra $11.00 more for the holiday package just so i could get it sooner. if i read it right that perk gets it before the standard perk buyers.

They've said that the price will be higher once they're in production. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go up $50-$100; the prices right now seem like a steal. Not sure if there's any reason to get the $99 version, these customers might as well wait for launch.

I was under the impression that we would all get them around the same time? It says that we all get them in February if all goes according to plan right? Actually I though first buyers(first 120, 89 dollar ones) would probably be first gong by normal logic of how orders work.
Am I mistaken?
Oh yeah and I support the cheaper non titanium case and multiple cartridge idea, sounds neat.
you are correct that the 120 $89 supports get theirs before anyone, but if you read the perks, in the holiday one it says these supporters will be the first to get theirs. so the way i read it is....
1) $89 supporters
2) $110 holiday supporters
3) $99 standard supporters
$300 is a fair price.I think $149.xx would be a good price point for a unit like this. Obviously thats just from an end user opinion... Ive no idea what actual production cost for said unit would be.
Just invested in the holiday bundle. Are we protected as investors if they reach their goal, but decide to take the money and disappear?
Oh yea! I'd have to agree. Just for comparisons sake, take a look at the Pinnacle. Convection, metal bullet to load, fully plastic otherwise. It produces amazing flavor! IMO I think you get the burnt popcorn taste at the completion of a load from the OG Davinci because of the conduction using the metal chamber. In essence you're cooking in a metal pot. With Convection, the hot air from your draw brings all the goodness through in a straight shot and since the vapor path is minimal (right up front in the mouthpiece) The SS pathway will in no way impede the flavor of your botanicals. Also my observations concur that even with a SS pathway (ala PAX) the pathway will become coated with the oils from your herbs after a few uses and then is the air really technically "touching" the actual stainless steel? Again just my opinion, but would love to hear a more knowledgeable take on it. Some pull OF over here, I love his take on things$300 is a fair price.
It looks like a unit for a JAMES BOND movie!
I will wait and see what the first users say about the flavor?
If it taste horrible then I'm glad I waited.
If it taste good then I will pay the price whatever it is!
We need more videos. Low temp, higher temp, full load and stuff. C'mon GrassHopper, make us dream to the bitter end !

Sorry. You're right. I believe it's what they call a hybrid vape. (conduction/convection) according to Toronto vapeYou might be a bit mixed up mate... Pinnacle/Pro uses CONDUCTION.
