Oddly, I just received a Grasshopper.

In the mail.

From Amazon.

Spyderco Grasshopper. Nice knife, but not very vape-able.

Nice box, though.

Looks like ss, would be perfect for conduction vaping, send it over here I'll get it working and post a video of the milky clouds.

I emailed Trevor a couple days ago and here is his response. He said, "thanks for checking in. I had a look at your order and you won't be shipping until June. More on this to come in the update." My order number is 156XX. So at least we know we should see something about shipping in the update.

Does it matter? For some people with money burning a hole in their pocket, it's about timing, not warranty coverage.

What about everyone who bought the PS4 or XBox One the day it came out and flipped it on eBay. Are they covered under warranty? Technically, no. Do people still buy them anyway? Course

I am one of those who flipped a PS4 on eBay. The PS4 I sold had a problem down the line and the person that bought it only needed the original proof of purchase (from Amazon, not eBay) to get it serviced by Sony.

Exactly to prove they were the original owner of that device, they had to provide proof of purchase. If you didn't provide the original proof of purchase (from an authorized vendor), it would not have been covered under warranty.

Pax labs is the best of any vape company I've seen. I've heard of several reports where they don't even ask for the receipt. They just want to know where you bought it (the name/location of the store), so they can verify it was an authorized vendor.

I read the warranty is only liable for the original purchaser... but could not find it on the grasshopper siite now... also now on there homepage it says 30 watt heater thought it is 45 watt and didn t they say nothing changed regarding the heater also @BuzzDanklin s grasshopper is 45 watt so i am bit confused now...

Although that experience may depend on what you happen to be vaporizing at that moment.

If I recall correctly it was originally 30 but they upped it to 45 through the software (and could go higher) and it is the 45 watt version that is being released in production. They just did not go back and update the site.

I didn't put any money in the grasshopper yet but I'm anticipating the grasshopper release. I probably would have bought it instead of my E-Nano (which I truly love) if it was already out and had good reviews, because I prefer portability but wanted 100% convection. Even now with the low price on the site, I'm may buy it after reading the reviews and watched a couple of usage videos. I'm a convert to convection and I'm looking forward for a pure convection portable vaporizer (with temp control). Hopefully July 2015 is the D-Day (or the M-Month) as I can see on their website. Stealth, small size, convection, price. Very tempting. Can't wait for the first reviews of the final product.

Looks like video from the filmmaker that went to GH labs at the same time as @BuzzDanklin. If I'm not mistaken, the footage was taken in a small basement recording studio in one of the dispensaries nearby GH labs.
