I'm sure you've already done so earlier, but do you mind sharing your order date and whether it's SS or Ti?
I'm a March 23rd 2015 Preorder and have yet to receive any sort of confirmation email...getting seriously impatient at this point...lol

Thx. I'm probably the running gag up there by now. Is what it is.
In my troubleshooting I noticed the red lights coming on once I got to a certain point as I unscrewed the back end to change batteries (the device was off). So I started turning the back end back and forth while in the on position (while it was flashing blue and red) and it got to a point where it works correctly. I then tightened it back and it worked fine for two loads. I put it back on the charger for a few, pulled it off, flashing blue and red again. Same exercise, now it's working again.
Pretty clear they're still figuring out how to make them.

March 21 - changed from SS to brown TI in DEC. You should go ahead and email support.

My promised shipment from Caroline on Saturday appears not to have happened. Guess I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn't realize "tomorrow " was a Saturday.
I think we can attribute these failures to the fact that it's an extremely complicated vaporizer. This vape is like the Nissan GT-R - it's more computer than it is car!
I'm sure there's some sort of Murphy's law on product part count - as the number of parts comprising a product increases, so does the probability of failure. Exponentially.
March 17 '15 SS preorder, still no damn address confirmation!
It's been rather quiet the past few days (week?) with address confirmations, hopefully that means they'll be sending out the next batch of confirmation emails shortly!

I just received my address confirmation minutes ago, March 4th, 2015 preorder, regular SS. People after me have received their actual hoppers already, kinda sucks lol but just happy it's finally happening!

If you look at the people with preorders shipping before you with later order dates, they seem to be all TI orders.
SS hoppers weren't shipping for a while there, looks like they've started the next batch of SS preorders now, hopefully I'm in it!!

Saw someone post they got an address confirmation and they ordered after me, March, 30, 2015, and I ordered March,24, 2015 both are Bronze Ti.
Correction - March 17 2015 preorder (SS hopper + batteries, nothing extra). Address confirmation just RECEIVED!

I ordered a dark gray w/2 extra batteries (and from the shipping email, it looks like they forgot my free one, we'll see). I got my address confirmation on May 27, and my hopper shipped Friday, due to arrive tomorrow. I was admittedly shocked that all this came through on it's own at this time.

Mr. Me, that is an excellent idea. I think it would be very beneficial for everyone still waiting for their hoppers, including me (June 2015 preorder) to be able to gather some info on how many warranty issues are in play. And possibly to compile a sort of histogram of types of warranty issues versus the volume of hoppers returned over the past, say, running 12 month period.I hate hearing that! Sorry...I feel bad for you.
I wonder if we should start a dedicated thread for gh warranty claims, or create a counter to track repeats or frequency. Also to track turnaround time and responsiveness. Just a thought.
From my memory of this thread, it seems that ghl is pretty good with warranty claims. Unfortunately, you would know best.
I'd hope to see a decrease in warranty repairs; I really do wonder how well GHL is doing in "improving" the product, as every newsletter they send seems to say, "oh, we've got it all figured out, now".....

It would be nice to see a graph that shows how many faulty units in the beginning and how many now. Even a percentage number. Is it 20% failure rate which would be 1 out of 5 units?
If GHL gives folks info then they won't be pulling out guesstimates out of their ass. if it were 1 out of 5 failure rates it probably would scare off customers.

Agreed... the percentage would be appropriate, since we don't know how many total sales they have per month (and I would hope that number increases)....
I think the nature of the faults is important; it may help to correlate...
The question is, how can we index the faults/issues? that is, how do we get a list of the types of warranty issues they are having in order of most common, etc...?

Hate to peepee on your parade but now is not the time to begin holding your breath. I was told my March 2015 order would ship on Saturday (2+ weeks after address confirmation). No evidence of that and nothing yet today.
Someone did mention a potential delay for SS, so perhaps that is part of the problem...but that would impact you as well as me.

Fingers x'd it lives up to the hype (been burned plenty by supposed other "game changers" (really wish people wouldn't use this inflated and subjective term) that people rave over).
I'm very glad I didn't fall for their express shipping offer, IMO I think it falsely gives people hope that their GH will get to them quicker - I don't mean in transit, I mean time between addy confirm and shipping confirm.
