I preordered Jan 21 with a March shipping date and I just recently upgraded to a titanium or would like to haven't heard back yet. That would be very little wait. I check my order on the website but it doesn't show the shipping just the price. I can only see my shipping estimate on the invoice, I don't know how accurate that is.

not very accurate. armor yourself with patience man! cause my pre-order is much older, and it also state March 2016. i would be extremely happy to get Hopper by July. you should be delighted if you get yours by dee end of this year.

Address confirmation came 1/14. I was told it would "ship this week" on 1/27. I emailed them this Wednesday and was simply told
"Hi There,

Our shipping department has not yet reached your order.

Best,
Caroline"
with absolutely no further explanation.

Went from having all "backer orders being shipped by end of January", to now I've been changed to a Feb estimated date...ugh.

ALSO: I have a feeling that was our last update since they are acting like they have basically fulfilled all backer hopper orders. Now will update if/when they make their accessories.

GHL told us in December 1 that they were almost ready to ship to the folks that had the preorders. That the backers were almost taken care of. To many questions and not enough answers.

Have they possibly slowed down production because of the faulty units? Do they still not know how to fix the problem?

backers can add more units to their order. so others wait.

Vapor fairly hot, no problems with body or mouthpiece getting too hot, but clicked off between hits. Never used the condom, or got around to trying it through water. Flavor was good, huge clouds possible. Was about to preorder a second one when mine broke.

Well the upside to it if you order another one is that it will have a lifetime warranty. The bad thing is paying for shipping to send back.

They haven't even finished all backers yet. There are a couple posts on Reddit today from backers who are still waiting on shipment confirmations weeks after their address confirmations.

Fair enough, thanks! ...and I did mean to say "address confirmation" not shipping conf.

I thought I had seen on Reddit that they claimed to be done with the backers, or maybe that was them saying that they would be, by the end of January. Backers on Reddit were pretty religious about posting when they received their confirmation messages etc., but I've not seen such a post yet from a pre-order user.

I placed my pre-order on 1/22/15, so I'm super anxious to see how smoothly the pre-order progression unfolds. Right now I'd just like to hear that it has begun!

I pre ordered a dark grey GH on the 26th Jan 2016. And to say I'm looking forward to it is an understatement.

Was a bit concerned with all the talk waiting till you're 80 before you receive it. But it had to be done as we all know.

I added some extras to my order about 10 days after the original pre order. And I could help but notice the ID number with would increase by 1 for every invoice. And in the space of ten days the ID number had increased by 300.

So I think 300 extra invoices in 10 days.
And one invoice may have multiple GHs.

So it made me think. Will I really be 80 before I get mine?

Having said that. These guys built a beast. I'm sure they can handle this hurdle.

Ha, I totally missed it. Yesterday was the one year anniversary date of my preorder (according to their site). The irony is, I sent a defective unit back yesterday.

The one that was originally bad seems to have been cured. Not sure how, possibly by the back end flicking and consistent use? Other than the hot back end it's performed GREAT for about 4 consecutive days now.

Go hopper....go hopper....it's your birthday....

Just wanted to give a heads up with respect to an email I received from Caroline. I asked about the likelihood that I would see my order this month (12/27/14) and asked about the updates. While she didn't specifically answer the question about my orders being delivered this month she did clarify the update info. She said...

"We sent our last update out on 1/27. We did not plan on sending another update out on 2/1. We should have all the Backer Grasshoppers shipped this week and will begin shipping pre-orders shortly after that.

I live in AZ, so it SHOULD come rather quickly. Def not worth paying for priority. BTW, a extra $10 for priority seems a little steep. Can't weigh much at all.

Shipping is generally expensive when it's priority though.

Shipping is generally expensive when it's priority though.

I ship stuff quite regularly, so i know Priority will cost more. But the package is less than a pound, including the shipping materials. I know its not a HUGE issue/dealbreaker, but it would probably be closer to $6 after their PayPal shipping discount. Not to mention depending on where you live, first class will come just as quickly.
