I'm telling y'all... I really believe they are still only getting a handful of heaters printed per week. That's the only way I can rationalize this snail's pace.
They NEVER said "we are now getting hundreds of heaters per week" after saying months ago "our heater manufacturer can only make 20/week" (or something similar to this)
It's gotta be the heaters....
Although we haven't heard anything directly from GH about exact heater numbers, members here and on reddit have supposedly gotten email responses from Trevor months ago on this issue. Below is a link to one such post.
Believe what you want, but heaters being the bottleneck doesn't make a bit of sense. Why would they have spent money on new equipment to increase production if the heaters were the problem? Why hire new people if you won't have heaters to build with? That line of thinking doesn't pan out IMO.

The electronics come in larger batches but there is an extensive supply chain involved in the components used on the PCBs. A hick-up here holds production up until that part comes in. The heaters first came in 6 per batch and we are already up to batches of about 300. The first batches of electronics were in 50 and we are now ramping up to a batch size of 3000."
