I know, we have to give the USPS some slack. They're just fighting to survive, but if you claim to track shit, track it! And to be fair (or more damning), I'm sure it's here on the east coast and later today I will finally get an update, but how come UPS can track and the USPS can't?

We're two weeks away from Christmas. It's the busiest time of the entire shipping industry all year, don't be surprised to get delays, especially on shipping from smaller companies that don't get priority. My warranty shipment was delayed two days last week but my Amazon packages are all arriving on time.I know...I said I was gone. One more rant? Not to pile on, but you definitely need to go into "bitch and moan mode" (politely). The xtra batteries shouldn't matter, most of us probably ordered xtra and got our hoppers months ahead of you.
I had written Caroline over a month ago when I found out I was passed up on the last shipment. That's when I got the battery excuse. I wrote her yesterday and again today and finally heard back from her. If she had been even partway honest I would have let it go but instead she blamed it on me not clicking address confirmation back in October. Of course it shows processed so it was done then. But trying to place the blame on me? I can be really patient as we all have had to be with this startup company but them blaming? That just really pisses me off and I may file complaints Anyway, she says she'll send it if I just click on the address confirmation link.. Jeez.. Just unbelievable.
