It led me to look at the website ... and I saw that the hose adapters could perform the same function ... it is obviously less aesthetic but I think I will order some on my next order. of accessories !!

Oh I don't think they can... For one thing they have a hole through them for the whip adapter, and this one was made to fit 18mm female taper..

I was also wondering ... has a screen sneaker user found a pre-filled basket storage system?
I have not yet found a suitable box or system ... one evening, I pre-filled two Potter jars from my Tafée Bowle ... and I slipped 2 pre-filled basket screens in both empty jars remaining ... it was well adjusted but I never did it again ... it's just that it doesn't really suit me I guess ...

Delta 3D studios used to sell plastic cap covers for the rimmed basket screens, I don't see them on the website but if you reach out maybe they can still make them...

Does anyone have a reliable link to some basket screens THAT FIT? I don't have any experience ordering baskets and it seems that 1/2 inch is pretty much all there is......but, when I look at my baskets that came with different stems (Lamart long stem, Lamart micro, Lamart WPA, Stempod and DDave Omega Wand).....not one of them is compatible with the other. Not one. It doesn't matter if you try stretching out the sides, the only way one is compatible with another is if I lay it flat and smoosh the basket down pushing out the sides.......but that way made the bowl way to shallow. What the heck am I missing here??? The DDave ones have a diameter on top that's the same as the others, but they're so clearly skinny below they're completely useless. And of the three different Lamart stems, two of them are compatible with one another, a third falls out, and the ones that are compatible, again, have to smoosh it down so far that the bowl is just way to shallow. Out of every single basket I have, the one I have in the micro is really the only one that is ideal (doesn't fall out and is seemingly a tad wider and a tad deeper). Thanks alot.

I was able to purchase Basket pipe screens from Amazon. I was able to push out the screen under the rim to make adjustments for different glass, it did not alter the depth of the basket. Hope this is what your talking about. 0.5 inch

I have just received my adaptor for my bubbler to use with my P80 and had a few questions. Do you use a slow or fast draw? Should I pack my entire basket screen or just pack it enough for 1 hit? What temp do you guys use for using the P80 through water?

I think I pulled to hard the first time and coughed through my bubbler and got water all over myself not the most pleasant smelling stuff..lol

This is entirely up to user, sometimes I do slow/fast and pack more/less. Temps fluctuate for me depending on strains and how old they get - I lower temps when the herb gets older/drier. One of the coolest things on the p80, dropping temps a few degrees and trial and error to see the effects when your herb is older/dried out more. Other devices only offering preset temps just can't hang

Yeah this is really depends on the actual water piece itself, the water level etc, but you still want to be able to inhale smooth just like you are breathing in deep, I do like a quick draw with the tetra, especially through water I think it is very effective and I like to do one hitter bowls often, they can be full basket loads or half or quarter full, depends on the temperature setting how quick I can cash it, but sometimes stirring could be effective again depending on the herbs and the grind... Just keep experimenting and figure out what works best for you, I don't really think reading tips on the internet for this is going to be as helpful as you just experimenting and trying more stuff yourself? Like none of us are there with you lol Good luck!

Yeah I think that's a good idea, for those I am usually setting the temp to 415-445F cruising (remove the tetra to clear the hit, keep it warm for the next one or turn off cruise) but so when you say dab rig, do you mean recycler? Or a small circ perc rig maybe?? Because like a recycler is going to be different especially for pure convection...

Oh yeah, so just do a nice soft smooth steady inhale like you are breathing, the trick is to take a good exhale beforehand, so you can take a long steady deep inhale breath through the water, there is minimal restriction with a regular circ perc, good balance of flavor and diffusion, you can get more restriction the more water you load, but yeah be careful not to load too much! I like to load not much more than covering the holes slits of the perc, but yeah load more if you want more draw restriction, less volume to fill with vapor, potentially more diffusion!

At the moment i have to click for each 1°. I know there is an 5° instead of 1° option, but that's not what I'm looking for.

huh, i found his site and the manuals he put together way more informative then asking for settings on here and using them. I bet majority of you guys dont even know you can change the mainscreen to show the resistance, I changed this just so I can see what the variation was when trying to setup a tetraX on various mods.

Tbh I would say over 75% of the features of the firmware on the mod are not even discussed/used/known about and easily just glossed over, yet it offers so much more control then any other vape I have used to date.

i've been "stuck" on w2c at 440 f, and it hasn't made me question using other settings. great flavor, good clouds from the get go, and a basket screen done after 4 pulls. through a j-hook or the capsule stem (though that's probably more like 5 hits to cash). i'm not a low temp cruise/temp step kind of guy, but always enjoy hearing others' preferences in case i am missing out. i've been considering going higher temp of late to see if i can get it down to 2-3 pulls for a cash.

Thanks but as I tried to make clear in my last sentence, that's not the option I'm looking for.
I want to keep the 1°C temp stepping while being able to hold minus or plus button to make faster adjustments and not to wear the buttons out.

Ok nvm. I disabled and reenabled that option again and now it's working. Seems to be some kind of bug behaviour before. Thanks.

Speaking of menu options, I setup the Temp Stepper on my P80 last night and finally got around to using it. Very nice! I’m still a bit unsure what Warmup mode does and know there’s an option to go from Warmup to Temp Stepper which I haven’t enabled - yet. I will say my honeymoon (almost 2 months) still continues and I’m greatly enjoying my prebuilt unit. It hits hard and I start around 375-380 with most strains (I have many) and step up from there, manually, before I tried Temp Stepper mode last night. I’d love another longer stem and waiting for one or two on Lamart’s site to become available. Not in any hurry as I have 2 tank cooling stems which I enjoy so far.

And as I just sold my Tinymight, I will need my Tp80 to be well protected in case of outings ... so I also just bought a pelican case 1010 ... and I found in a Chinese store, a mini glasses case that will protect my tank stem well !! Hopefully I'll be able to store a few baskets in it!
I will post a photo when I have received everything !!
