they have been targeted by many huge lawsuits lately, from book publishers to music majors, so it could get pretty bad for them easily...
oh wow really ?
damn.
that's such a shame, they did the community such great justice.
shoot.
keep us updated on that stuff can u ?
I have all the stuff u need to download should the archive not have what u need.

such a shame to see them go.
note: their STM32 branch page is still up: https://nfeteam.org/arcticfox/nightly/STM32/
also, the nightly builds page is still there: https://nfeteam.org/arcticfox/nightly/

Arctic Fox - Aster RT

Tubo_myevic - eVic VTC Dual

Dna 100c - Lost Vape Thelema Solo

60 seconds session (heat soak) with the same 510 high mass device, 70W, TCR 105 (ss304), 255c on the coil, with almost the same power output.
Cold resistance is different for each mod.
With DNA the power delivered is available (763,88 mWh) and there is no need/possibility to tune the PID.

Old thread...

I acquired some eleaf rim c 80w's to set up some DT rigs for some friends, but it seems these mods are no longer flashable to arcticfox when they are installed with the latest firmware from eleaf.

Does anyone know a work-around so I can flash the firmware on these recent mods? I have the most up to date copies of the AF software and cables and everything seems to work fine with my older mods, connecting to the AF software. So the issue is with these Rim C's I guess.....

Thanks

yes, thanks for the repost, just to be sure. it is good that the AF software is still archived out there, for those that may need it still. It's still not recognizing the mods with that version of AF, but it did recognize my eleaf Rim (not C) with the fixed internal battery and I flashed that mod, so it's not an issue with my computer, cable or AF software.

I think the issue, from searching around the interwebs, is that the latest Rim C's that are pre loaded with the 1.1.2 version of the firmware, can no longer be recognized and flashed with the AF firmware updater, or presumably even the little eleaf firware update tool?

i hate to link to reddit, but that's all i can find on the topic

If anyone has any ideas or work-arounds, i'd appreciate it. If not, I got another two paperweights / mods to sell to friends for their 510 carts.

I recently had some mod problems. I used the divine tribe discord. I also heard the new rim C is no longer upgradable. Guys there are very helpful. Suggest you ask there.

Are you using the beta stm32 version?
No, not me.
I only need the main ol' regular stuff
uhh
I don't much use my AF mods as much as my DNA mods.
However, I have plenty of AF mods that I share with folks.....
Got some killer RX 21700 and 20700 mods , love 'em, but I find myself using the DNA 100 hyperion for my dab needs.
Now that DNA has 'session mode', I am stoked !! (session mode is DNA's Autofire :p )
:p
