Same with a fine grind.. it sucks haToday I learned don’t pack the bowl to tight.
Restricts the airflow immense
How would anyone who has them compare the vapor from the Supreme to the other two currently popular heavy-extractors, the Flowerpot and the Glass Symphony?
Well I still have a Sub here from a buddy (got it borrowed out).
Does it hit hard? Absolutely.
But it’s different.
You have to wait 20 mins til it’s ready.
You are able to go trough large numbers of herb in no time - fill it , vape it, sprinkle more herb on top. Vape more.
It’s easy to use even for novices. Compare that to the sv3.
To judge the Sub it’s maybe 10% harder + you can consume more herb easily - tough you do not have to, it is effective with less either.
Setting up is not hard - done in 1min or so.
And it’s silent opposed to the hizzling of a large jet torch.
For a quick hit a big no#-no. Weekend-relax or with a few friends: here it shines.
Similar to „the all automatic Mighty with already filled capsules vs the vapcap - if you are going solo both has pros/cons. BUT in a group don’t waste time ellaborating the vapcap (my experience at least!)
That's true I've been working on them with dynavaps for months.it depends on the friends as well.. YMMV
@Ramahs you missed to name the Sublimator.. that’s a contender as well, kinda the alternative to the FlowerPot.
I see your point, no question. The Sublimator is crazy expensive.
friend of mine bought it for around 350€ with quite some addons (like 2 of those heat-chain-thingies which make the Sub behave like a Supreme) and that price is - in relation to standard Sub prices relatively cheap - this influenced me quite some bit tough:
Even at this price I do not consider it a steal.
A good comparison is of interest to me as well btw!
I personally couldn't stand the cleaning routine w/ the Sub. I found the way the bowl and stem gunked up, and at the cost to have a spare, it was crazy time consuming to clean these on a regular basis (but I like my stuff to be "like new" clean @ least every few days of usage, somewhat variable based on device, but w/ the Sub it was max 3 days before I had to clean it as I couldn't stand it any longer). The Supreme V3 (although I'm running w/ the electric mod) on the other hand, I clean the stems maybe once a week because they get so little buildup and the vaporizer itself stays nearly spotless (I occasionally, every couple months, fully disassemble and clean/boil, replace silicone, etc)I think the comparison to other vapes is a bit flawed; being the only torch based device changes the experience significantly. An FP or a Sub are somewhat similar both in result and operation, but since you can't expect an Sv3 to always be at temp, the issue here is about how to ride the temp wave throughout the session. You also have to keep your attention focused on the torch while you heat it...
Since you have them narrowed down, I'd advice you to picture yourself using each of them, then choose the one you feel more comfy with from all presepectives, for example: "yes its pricey/fragile/whatever but I'd feel more at ease using this everyday, on my couch/desk/whatever than the other more pricey/fragile/whatever model". It's how I did it. Youtube helps a lot in that respect.
Don't worry, eventually you'll get them all, it's just the order that matters
Well not the only one but they got better price than those guys and since Switzerland is not in the EU goods are subject to custom taxes. https://www.vapesndabs.com/vaporizer-17/komplettsets/supreme-vaporizer.htmlOtherwise the only retailer in Europe is lacentralevapeur.
"Normal", "special"- Are we taliking in actual, or relative terms here?Budz like this should not be a special treat...THEY SHOULD BE THE NORM
Oh well, beggars and choosers hey? One day!
