I get that too sometimes. I think it has something to do with the battery making contact where it shouldnt on occasion. If you remove the display, you will see that every time you tap your SV to unload it, the battery can move out of its conductive housing. This is usually when I see my SV going on the fritz a little bit.Chubba said:I dunno... it seems to work fine now.
Does 400+ = instant error?
The display was full of trippy shit, weird symbols
You should be able to stretch the whip tubing OVER mouthpiece.Am I correct in assuming i could use any plastic vape tubing to connect a whip to the mouth piece if i wanted?
Damn, my display so far has worked 100% perfect. My only real 'bitch' about this vape is the digital display. It usually sits at all -------- until I tap it once or twice, it freaks out a bit then starts working. Other than that, its BAD TO THE BONE!
I get it stuck inside as well but only when I let the unit cool off first. I just put it upside down in a metal mason jar lid and smack it down on a desk or padded surface. One smack when it's still hot, three smacks if it's cooled down and stuck.Chubba said:Damn, my display so far has worked 100% perfect. My only real 'bitch' about this vape is the digital display. My biggest gripe, which may not even be a gripe but more a worry... my bud tends to clump up and "stick" inside the bowl after I've finished and was requiring a pretty substantial beating to get it to come out.
So now I just unfold a paper clip, stick it in and swirl it around to loosen it up and then 1 little tap and it's out, done this for about 100 bowls with no problems but apparently the temp sensor is inside the bowl
Have you checked the battery? It sometimes slips out a little. Be careful with the wires though. Very delicate. I've gone through more than a few of those displays. I recommend buying a couple extra to have on hand if a wire breaks when changing the battery. Otherwise you have to kind of time it and judge by smell while waiting for another temp display to be shipped. They were $15 the last time I bought one (a long while ago).AGBeer said:I just use a creme brulee' torch for mine and it works nicely.

I don't even bother using it on 18mm joints. I have to use an 18mm->14mm adapter.IAmKrazy2 said:Just got my first two uses out of my new Supreme. Yeah, nice and thick, as advertised. I am noticing it makes a much nicer seal on 14mm glass then it does on 18mm. Still works, but not airtight. So far, i like it. More to come later, going out for a couple hours.
No luck hereI get it stuck inside as well but only when I let the unit cool off first. I just put it upside down in a metal mason jar lid and smack it down on a desk or padded surface. One smack when it's still hot, three smacks if it's cooled down and stuck.
Mine has a few mm wiggle room now in every direction... up/down, side/side and even rotate.the metal block moves a tiny little bit when I shake the SV, does anybody has that to ?
Yeah mine rattles, not sure it's the HE though, sounds like something INSIDE.Yeah, When I shake my SV hard, the block makes a rattling noise too so it must be normal I guess.
How do you pack your bowls? I normally just take a small spoonfull of grinded herbs, drop it in the hole and smack the sides of the SV with my hands till it's all in the bowl. Sometimes I scrape it the inside of the wood with the back of my mini spoon if some doesn't fall in. Then I just throw the screen on and heat it up.Chubba said:No luck here
Mine was taking 10+ hits even while still blazing hot 300F+, 10 seconds after my last hit.
When it was cold, forget about it, sometimes 30-40 hits then I would get angry and get a skinny screwdriver and shove it up there.
